Suz makes you feel welcome from the very start with her warm and generous nature - her energy, intuition and guidance are amazing.
I've had both a distance session of Reiki with some Thetahealing and a face to face Crystal Reiki session For my distance session I felt an instant connection and immediately relaxed. The feedback after and her guidance was incredible, I couldn't believe how much she had picked up from the initial session. For the Crystal Reiki I experienced the same incredible connection, and again her feedback and guidance was incredible. I loved that we wrote an intention as part of the session and the crystal to take home was very thoughtful and personal. I cannot recommend her highly enough and I look forward to every session knowing no matter whether it is distance or face to face I will not be disappointed. I cannot recommend Suz highly enough.

I had my first Theta healing with Suz a…
I had my first Theta healing with Suz a few weeks ago, now. Due to Covid restrictions we did this online. I have now had time gain perspective and I can honestly, hand on heart (litetally!) Testify to the positive impact Suz's healing has had on me. I'm so much clearer and calmer and find I'm consciously living more from my heart centre as opposed to being stuck in my head. It works. And what's more, keeps on working. I'm so much more aware of when the ego voice and negative narrative threatens and I now simply ask for this to be released. I highly recommend Suz for anybody who feels stuck and sincerely wants to let go, forgive and reconnect with their true path.

WOW!!! Once again my mind is blown at how much in awe of this process I am! I feel utterly blessed to have discovered Suz and Theta! I only wish I'd discovered them sooner!
