£5 cash cards on credit card
I suddenly started getting £5 cash charges from my credit card when charging with Source London. Apparently their payment provider is taking payment as a cash transaction rather than normal payment. Makes electric car ownership more expensive than petrol! Cancelling my resident account.

This company has to be one of the worst I've had to deal with. Lost my card over a month ago, and still waiting for a new one. Have the app on my phone which has all my details but I'm being charged nearly £45 to fully charge my card plus they take £49 holding fee. Called over 10 times but its like talking to robots. Shocking that the council have allowed this company to carry on like this. Having a electric car and using this company will be more expensive than having a diesel car...
They will take your deposit without returning it.
I have used Source 3 times in the past month, it has worked correctly once. So far I still have three outstanding deposits that havent been returned - all of which failed to charge.

Just about the worst experience you could imagine! Tried to join up and charge, but absolutely nothing worked correctly. I entered my email address three times but was told continually that it was invalid, which it certainly wasn’t. Tried ringing for help but gave up after 30 minutes of holding. They took £49 from my credit card and I didn’t manage to charge at all. I cannot believe any council would support such a disgusting company!
Double the price comparing to ubitricity
Rip off price even if I'm on member plan (4£ a month).
Was something around 50p per kw with my local ubitricity charging half of that for nearly same speed.
I was also charged idle fees as i got there 10min after charge had finished. I hope ubitricity gets more and pole lamp post sockets as they have honest prices for exactly same (or better) service, as there is no membership fee for ubitricity

I find it shocking to note various bad reviews but no comments from the company. I have registered and waiting for my card for the last 1 month. Sent them 3 emails but no response. I also agree that they are overpriced. Why are the Council's supporting them?
Non-Existent Customer Service, AVOID if you can!
Recently got an electric car and the only chargers in my area are provided by Source. Chargers work very well, however if you ever need any assistance then it is almost impossible to resolve. Almost impossible to speak to someone on the phone line and when you do they are always unable to help (saying "back office will be in touch shortly) and I haven't had a response to various emails in over 4 weeks.
Chargers are good, customer service and price needs improvement
The app works fine. The chargers I've used are fine - no issues there. However, my 3-star rating is because it is expensive compared to other companies, and customer service could be a lot better though. No reply to my email sent over 3 weeks ago!
Source London should be banned, Why are they being allowed expand in London!!
After 7 min of charging received .27 kWh of charge and got charged £1.75. Appalling services. I have never managed to get any charge from Source London after several attempts. Wast of £10 subscription.
Totally overpriced and terrible service
Totally overpriced, even as a member with monthly fee. Their customer service is truly shocking also. I cannot believe they've been allowed to spread unchecked in London.

Neither charging stations nor company seems to work
Many charging stations don't work. Customer service doesn't respond. How on earth did Brent allocate precious parking (let alone charging) space throughout their council, and why does it continue to allow it?

Tried to charge three times with no luck… standing under heavy rain (Lincoln fields- London)
They took deposit of 50 pound each trial.. total of 150 and it’s been 6 days with no refunds - and also 2 pound called it service charge for 0 min of non working service….
Horrendous EV charging company
Horrendous EV charging company, they've had 50% of their EV charging points at High Barnet NCP out of service for over 6 months now and don't even bother responding to questions as to when they're likely to be fixed.
Ridiculous prices and poor experience …
As a Tesla Driver who normally charges at home or on Tesla superchargers I was shocked and disappointed by the experience of plugging into Sourcelondon - twice the price of Tesla, whose charges are nearly 20 times faster. Four times more expensive than charging at home at the same speed.
The app and website are inadequate.
As someone who tells friends that EV is not inconvenient this experience is embarrassing.
