AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Scammers! Southampton Parking Solutions will never refund your money even if you cancel immediately! We wanted Park and Ride but accidentally chose Park and Stroll. Within minutes we cancelled it and booked the other and were promised a refund. It has been almost a month and have received no response to our numerous emails we are now forced to report to our credit card. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
The company name should have given a clue CLOUDINAIRE Management. Total scam . I emailed within minutes to cancel, with the reason that a 50-minute 'stroll' to the terminal (just a little less than my drive to Southampton) wasn't what I wanted. I followed up with an email a week later. RESPONSE REQUIRED. Statutory 14-day cancellation is law. I have passed 14 days without refund. My credit card company have returned the payment. Save yourself time, don't book this scamming outfit
We booked out car on the 1st of June and I received a message saying , drop your passengers at the terminal and then come here as we don't have enough room for everyone , , it all went ok , till we came back on the 7th of June , when we had to wait outside the terminal for 1 hour 50 minutes , , after promising to pick me ( just the driver ) up in 45 minutes , saying there was a lot of traffic , and nothing can do . there is no shuttle every 15 minutes , there is only an MPV , so if there are many people , you have to wait , avoid at all cost , eventually we gave up and took a taxi and paid £20 . will not use this parking services again.
This is a scam company. It is listed on the Facebook site for scam cruise parking. I booked asked for a refund which after nearly 30 days have still not received emailed 4 times no response rang once and was hung up for on. Be very careful. I have now submitted a charge back on my card
We made a booking, but unfortunately had to cancel. A refund was eventually received but with an admin charge applied of more than £20. I felt that this was excessive. Therefor would not use again.
Excellent service, they could not have been more helpful. I am disabled and they made sure I was well catered for, will use again. Our car was there for 2 weeks
Car parked at a secure location near the terminal and then taken to the terminal. Very good. Delay on return which has now been rectified. Stephen very good.
