20 days and still nothing
20 days and still nothing. There is no customer service from this company. They just take the money and do not deliver the product. Complete frauds.
Still after 24 days now I have received nothing. When you buy from them you dont get an invoice emailed to you so you dont get a tracking number. They then send multiple emails for tracking but as you dont have one this doesnt help. it is a complete delaying tactic. I believe this is a fraud site and am taking further action.

Don’t be fooled by the business…
Don’t be fooled by the business presenting itself as Australian. The items are shipped from China and the quality is extremely poor.
If you’re dissatisfied, you’ll likely need to return the items at your own cost via international postage. In my case, the return was unsuccessful as the provided address in China was invalid, and the parcel was sent back to me.
Unfortunately, by the time this was discovered, all dispute timeframes had passed, making the matter effectively impossible to resolve.
Overall, a very disappointing experience.
