Ordered a pair of animal print trousers, washed them once as per washing instructions and they have torn in several places.
The quality is poor for the price and despite emailing the company several times I have had no response. Customer service is key.
Would definitely not recommend and will not be buying from them again.

Have ordered a few things from SOTR and I have loved all of them, the dresses are gorgeous and just recently I have bought the Chucky rainbow necklace, lots of compliments.

I bought 2 bangles and a red and pink tile bracelet with a gold accent tile. I’ve had loads of compliments about how cute and stylish they are. They are well made and arrive in the loveliest gift box. You don’t see that a lot these days, that a lovely touch and gives a solid feel of quality. The jewellery makes a perfect gift but also a treat for yourself. It’s a shame I can’t upload photos to show how lovely they are.
They definitely elevate an outfit with all the colour options available. It’s so much more fun than your generic jewellery!

I ordered a bracelet for my mother for Christmas, order process was simple and delivery was fast. Found out once given it was different in size than advertised, it was dealt with promptly and resolved within a few days.

Beautiful Tulle Skirt
I have just taken delivery of a gorgeous, long tulle skirt which fits beautifully. Hoping it will be suitable as my Stepmother of the Bride outfit for next Spring!
My only comment would be that in these days of fast turnaround times, this took a little longer than normal to arrive so don't leave ordering until the last minute!

Customer Service is excellent. Becky could not have been more helpful and arranged an exchange. I received replacement dress within three days. I would highly recommend South of the River, they are lovely to deal with.

Ordered an Ooh la la tshirt. Looking forward to receiving it. So disappointed. £31.99 including postage. Utter rubbish. Could spit peas through it. Returning for refund.

I ordered some of the beautiful tile bracelets from SOR - a crowd pleaser for all my friends birthdays. After a mistaken delivery address - same road but Manchester not London 🫣 Gina helped get me sorted and we tracked down the lost bracelets and new ones were sent out to my friend within the week.

Told as One Size. I'm a 10. Fits absolutely fine with a room. A fun jumper to sling with a pair of jeans for the weekend.

I have bought two items of clothing from SOTR and give 5 stars to each. The quality seems great and the garments well made. The first was the Jennifer Eyelash skirt and then I bought the Liana Leo Leopard jeans towards the end of 2024. Each time I have worn either item I have had so many compliments! The quality is great and I love the fact that SOTR sell individual garments that aren’t repeated on every high street up and down the country. Delivery was quick and the items were packaged well with nice personal touches. I have no doubt that I will be making further purchases online soon! 🙂

I have now placed four orders with South Of The River and I have been really pleased with all of my purchases - good quality, reasonably priced and individual items that have made a welcome and colourful addition to my summer wardrobe. In particular, I am loving the tile bracelets and the super soft Sophie jumper that has arrived today! 😍 Excellent service and a real family feel.

Ordered two Sia Eye oversized shirts for holiday. The shape and style is nothing like the advertised picture.

Not oversized and straight arms with full length sleeves. Poor quality not worth the money.

I’ve ordered the same fabric shirt from a different company and the material is thicker and the shape is as advertised oversized with those lovely 3/4 sleeves. And hangs really well.

I even made my 12 year old daughter try it on to see if it looked oversized and it didn’t even on her and she is a size 8.

Ordered a skirt from the website which should supposedly fit all sizes.
I am a 12-14 and it seemed tight; material was very cheap.
This item should have cost £38
Not only did i pay for shipping it was also £2.50 to return.
Not worth it- do not recommend
