We honestly can’t thank South Wales Photo Booths enough. We were let down by our original photo booth company at the very last minute, with only two hours to go before our Year 6 Prom was due to start.
They stepped in without hesitation and completely saved the day. Communication was brilliant, they were incredibly helpful and professional, and created a personalised photo template for our school at such short notice.
The selfie booth was a huge hit with all the children and staff, and everyone loved taking photos to remember such a special evening.
Fantastic, friendly service from start to finish. We are so grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend South Wales Photo Booths to anyone. Thank you for making our Year 6 Prom so special!

Had a great experience with these guys! I unfortunately forgot to tell them a time for the wedding and had to call in and it automatically defaults to 7-11 pm the customer service was fantastic and prompt also set up on the day was seamless and props where so much fun! The staff were brilliant and love the fact you also get a digital download which included small videos which I didn’t expect but loved! You guys were amazing and highly recommend! Thank you team!

Fantastic company, highly recommended
We had a fantastic experience with the magic mirror photobooth, thank you 😊
The lady that manned the mirror was great, she encouraged our wedding guests to write in our photobook and was a great choice of emergency staff cover (we hope the staff member's family emergency went as well as it could).
The gentleman that dropped off and collected the booth was punctual and polite, he was swift at setting up and collecting all the equipment.
We have no complaints and would highly recommend this company.

Late booking, but was accommodated with so much consideration. Everything was hassle free, making payment was so easy. Friendly and professional service. Clear explanations for use, and pictures printed and sent direct to mobile device. Would highly recommend. A++ service

The worst thing about our wedding day
If I could put 0 stars I would, happy to see it went well for other people however our experience was a complete disaster. Communication as a whole was awful and we are extremely annoyed of the communication throughout, we had asked for payment details four times (once on email, twice on whatsapp and once on the phone) starting from October 28th as we knew payment was due two weeks before, however no invoice was provided until the night before the wedding at 8.32pm! With signal not easy to come by we didnt receive the message until the early hours of the morning, thought payment had gone through and it wasnt until they WhatsApped my wife late morning (which doesnt make sense as clearly the bride would be having hair & make up thus no access to her phone). We then saw the message during our wedding breakfast which ruined it for both of us with us actually leaving the top table for around 20 minutes to try and sort, ringing and going back and forth with them. After scrambling around we managed to send payment, also difficult in an old building! We were then told that all vendors had been allocated to other events so there wouldn't be anyone to attend our wedding Not to mention, they also quoted us an extra £500 to send someone to come to us (so apparently there was someone available). This genuinely felt like a scam and exploitation of their mistake and woeful planning,, and our wanting our wedding to go as planned. They then assured us that they are following company procedures, I am not sure that chasing payment the night before a wedding (when the customers have asked for the details four time prior to the wedding) is sensible or company policy. We think we were double booked and fobbed off if I am honest, in our deal we were promised a wedding guestbook which we received about 3 weeks after the event. Maybe we could sign it ourselves for all of our guests? We are genuinely people that go out of our way not to complain, however the process from start to finish with this company was the poorest I have ever experienced. If we were double booked or forgotten about we would have much preferred to be told so we could sort out another vendor to come. Thankfully the £50 refund only took 2 months to come after numerous prompts by us. We have friends who are getting married soon so they are now aware not to use these guys, if you do then make sure you aren't double booked and get given the chance to pay before your big day.

We’re truly sorry to hear how stressful this situation felt for you, especially so close to your wedding day. We understand how important the day is, and we never want any customer to feel disappointed.
We do want to clarify the timeline so there is no misunderstanding. The invoice was paid after our vans had already been loaded and had left for their scheduled routes, which meant we were unfortunately unable to add your booking at that stage. This was also discussed during the phone call made to us on the evening before and on the wedding, where it was explained that although you had attempted payment earlier, the transaction had not been successful. Your deposit secured the item for the hire on that day so it’s never double booked with our stock list.
To try to assist, we offered an alternative option through another supplier who was able to respond at shorter notice and was based closer to your venue. The pricing they provided included VAT and delivery charges set by them directly not by us and unfortunately Is usually a higher price — these were not charges from us, but simply the cost they quoted so that you could decide whether to proceed.
In terms of your payment, the refund of your balance has already been refunded. Usually Deposit is non-refundable as it covers the administrative and planning costs associated with managing the booking.
We have also sent you the personalised guestbook free of charge after refunding you in full.

Amazing photobooth!
Amazing photobooth! I used this company for my 30th birthday party and it was a fantastic addition. I did not need to do anything at all, the Photo Booth was there on arrival already set up at my venue and it was collected after I left which was so easy and helpful meaning one less job for me to deal with.
I would definitely recommend and i can’t wait to hire again for a future event 🙂
