A well organised trip by MYNT TRAVEL. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Had a brilliant day at the Polar Express on Sunday. Everything was great from start to finish the bus journey there going up and back was great went really quick. It was a well organised trip 🚂Alex was great plenty of goodies on the bus we would definitely recommend and we will be booking again next year Thankyou so much for making this trip so great.🤗

Absolutely fantastic company!!
They went above and beyond on our trip to bath, reassured us of the arrival times etc.
we had Complimentary glasses of prosecco!! was not expecting this. Also box of selection of crisps/sweets/chocolates for everyone. Complimentary again, no charge. It was a fantastic touch to the journey.
Alex was on the other end of the phone when we needed him, communicating with us throughout-
Lee our rep on the bus also got us all involved a quiz and prize for the winner. Aw we loved it. We are definitely booking another trip with this company!!

Fantastic trip from start to finish!

It was all about the little added extras and the friendly staff that made this trip first class! The coach and staff were awaiting us in the morning with a smile, we were gifted refreshments and snacks in the form of Prosecco, crisps and sweets on the way and there was even entertainment in the form of a quiz along with prizes for the winners. Then water on the way back. The bus was ready, waiting and all warmed up (which was much needed after a freezing cold day) when it was pick up time.
Lee couldn’t do enough for everyone, he was so lovely.. we will definitely be booking again! Thank you for an enjoyable stress free day.

We had a fantastic time in Harry Potter studios. The trip was well organised and we were well informed prior to the trip with information. Lee our rep was brilliant kept us entertained and offered food and drinks and a quiz. Have booked another trip with mynt 🙂

Couldn't fault Mynt travel on our trip to Hogwarts, Lee was an amazing host - so friendly and helpful. He offered bottles of water and snacks throughout the journey and hosted a HP themed quiz too!

Traveled to harry potter hogwarts in the snow,Great service from beginning to end, friendly service, snacks and drinks provides on the travel, done a little quiz to pass time on the travel up, and was kept updated about the travel back as hit traffic, l would recomend and i will travel again with these.

Went on the Xmas shopping trip to Bath, lovely day out, trip was very well organised and on board hospitality was fab. Highly recommended

The whole experience was flawless from beginning to end, Alex went above and beyond to ensure we were all happy and comfortable, offered help to people in need and guidance to those of us who didn't listen to the instructions at the polar Express (ME!!) Haha, kids loved ever minute of it. Thank you Mynt Travel definitely booking to go with you again very soon indeed.

Alex was so attentive and excited to speak with all of the children and grown ups. He was available at every point when contacted. The bus was on time, good provision for stops for refreshments and toilet breaks although these were also provided on board the coach.

The Polar Express itself was juist magical! We had a wonderful day with Mynt and we can't wait to go on more trips with them!

We booked the trip on the Polar Express for our grandson who loves the film and loves trains. When he came home he told me he had the best day ever! I think that says it all . The event was well planned and organised . Communication was timely and helpful the day was perfect.

great day out with amazing customer service and great communication from our rep lee who provided plenty of water for everyone onboard and also snacks, even going the extra mile to do a Harry Potter themed quiz to help pass the time and giving everyone a Christmas card at the end of the trip which was a great touch.
will definitely be booking more trips again in the future and will be recommending them to all friends and family
