Great Company, Quality Products!!
I started early with this company about two years ago with buying socks with some reservations from their Facebook ad. I initially liked the design of the socks since they are different than anything else out there. I spend most of my time in dress clothes, so i was worried about the quality since but these have stood up to the challenge. I also backed the kickstarter for their shoe line (red sole/leather and suede). There was a hiccup with receiving them, but it was quickly resolved (thanks to Samantha @ Soxy). I love the shoes, they fit great and are always a conversation starter! Its a great company and I have been pleased with their customer service, they are responsive and handle everything quickly.
Excellent experience with this company
Initial contact with the company was good. I received an immediate "we are busy and will get to you soon" email which was quickly followed up by a customer service person who answered all my questions. My follow up questions were dealt with in a similarly efficient manner.
The shoes were dispatched within a week and arrived to Sydney Australia promptly. A good result considering I am on the other side of the planet.
I was wearing the shoes for the first time yesterday. I had them on my feet for a full day at the office and walking 8000 steps according to my fit bit. No comfort issues and they are a good fit. My Soxy customer service assistant suggested I order the shoes one size bigger that my standard size 44. I ordered a size 45 and that was the correct size for me.
Worth the wait
Although the delivery took ages. Once the shoes and socks finally arrived I was thrilled! The shoes are incredible as are the socks and I couldn’t be happier!
Would definitely recommend but again you’ll need to be patient.
I absolutely love this company
I absolutely love this company! Every pair of socks I've bought - now over 15 pair - has been excellent in quality. I also purchased a pair of shoes and they fit perfectly and are beautifully designed and constructed. On top of everything else, there customer service is tp notch. They have always gone out of their way to ensure I was satisfied with my purchases. I'm hooked!!

I always thought funky socks were a fun way to express myself. After going through several pairs of cheaper socks that immediately started to fall apart and fade, I tried Soxy. What a difference in quality! Solid construction, bold designs, and colors that don't fade - certainly excellent value for the price paid. And their customer service is top notch as well. I highly recommend Soxy socks!
Comfy and durable!
The socks are very comfy and durable. The shoes fit true to size and are nicer than any other shoes I own. The order shipped very fast! Will definitely buy again

Eventually heard from an owner, Boris, in July. Seemed a decent bloke, understood the issues and my frustrations, promised a full refund of shoes and return postage, plus a credit for future purchases. And I waited, and waited... Eventually, after much chasing, I receive a refund for the shoes in mid August. Great, but nothing else. I send several emails asking where the promised shipping refund and credit was; nothing. I hold out an olive branch in the hope of drawing the matter to a close, and receive an email in September going back on his promise, now requesting that I remove my Trustpilot review in exchange for a sock bundle. I point out that he had promised to refund the shipping and offer a credit against future purchases, and that I'd be happy to update my review if he kept to his word. It's now mid-October, still nothing. My emails go unanswered.
Ultimately life's too short, but I really dislike behaviour like this going unchallenged. It would have been so easy to do the right thing, follow through with the remedy promised, and retain a loyal customer. Judging by other reviews it seems to be a lottery whether you receive products that match your expectations and good service. I leave it to you to decide if you think it is worth the gamble.

Their socks are OK, but don't go anywhere near their shoes. Appalling customer service, and no accountability. In summary:
• they had my money for six months before delivering
• the shoes didn't match their product description (wrong colour, sizing way smaller than advertised)
• they charged me for items that they did not deliver (shoe trees - I complained on 19 Apr, they eventually agreed to refund these on 24 May)
• they agreed to take back the incorrect shoes and refund the order (10 May), but told me I would have to pay more money (shipping to Canada) to do so
• when I complained about having to pay to return incorrectly delivered items, they then refused to refund the shoes, despite them being not what I ordered
• they refuse to escalate my complaint or let me speak to an owner or director of the company.
Really bad experience
I preordered shoes with this company, I paid in full.
Product wasn't shipped within estimated delivery time, no messege from company. I asked if there was anything known about delivery of my shoes, and they reacted like I was an impatient idiot as 3 days later a track and trace number came in my email.
After 6 days said track&trace still said USPS didn't receive anything from Soxy. I tried to contact Soxy, they didn't react. A week later, I tried to contact again, still no reaction.
After a third try I heard that the shoes I ordered couldn't be delivered and I was asked to choose other shoes. I made my choice and I was told that it would be shipped next day.
This is to days ago, I haven't seen any conformation of shipping
After 3 days shoes were shipped, and I have received them, I will not chance the number of stars I paid for shoes they where not able to deliver, and they didn't proactivly inform me of their in ability to ship said shoes or offered money back, but gave me a list of choices after 1 month.
Soxy shoes
I like the shoes however Ive worn one of the two pairs I purchased twice and I'm noticing the colored part of the sole and the colored heel are made out of a very soft material , maybe similar to cork? Again after wearing them twice I see very noticeable wear on the heel,,, not what I'd expect from 200.00+ dollar shoes

My review is for the shoes and service. I ordered 3 pair and a multi sock pack , I received the socks timely and after 2 months I received 1 pair of shoes, it is undersized. Seems the size 12 I've been since a teenager doesn't measure to their standards. Sent email asking about the 2 pair I did not receive and was told they would look into it. In subsequent emails about the size and getting the next size up there has been no acknowledgement of the 2 pair I did not receive. I am hesitant to return the shoes I did get for fear of them not refunding any of the money spent. Filed a dispute with Pay Pal, guess we'll see. I don't wear the socks everyday, so maybe the holes will come slowly.
Buyer beware
Soxy targeted me on Facebook with an ad containing a handsome pair of shoes. As I was shopping for an event the following week, I clicked through the ad and ordered them from my iPhone. It was not obvious to me (beware the fine print!!!) that these are crowd-sourced shoes. I received a reply that the shoes would ship two months later...basically, they're running their own crowd-funding storefront without making it perfectly clear that they do not have product in hand. Since I wanted the shoes right away, I asked if I could cancel, and they said ok but that I might as well wait to see if I liked them. I asked whether I could return the shoes if I didn't like them, and they said yes. Two months go by and the shoes finally showed up. As it turns out, I didn't like the shoes...plus they were over a size too small...so I asked to return them. Soxy dragged their asses responding, only to inform me that they would only give me store credit, not a refund (again, read the fine print!!!). After numerous emails back and forths, including extensive proof that they had explicitly told me that I could return the shoes, Soxy finally OK'd the return for a refund. I returned the shoes, unworn, at my expense. That was over five weeks ago and I am still waiting for my refund. Several emails to their customer service have gone unanswered.
My order number was 50333.
Please note that this is a censored review. Soxy flagged my prior review because it indicated that I have not yet ruled out seeking legal remedies; Trustpilot claims that mentioning of the US legal system "risk causing offence to people, contravene our User Guidelines, and may also break the law." How ironic.

Customer service should work on their skills and time management.
Vice Grip torture socks.
Beautiful but inferior. The more intricate the pattern the more loose threads inside the sock and the tighter it is. There was no way an adult male or female with an average sized foot can wear these comfortably. The threads that make the pattern tore as I tried to stretch these over my heel. Unless they make a change in how theses socks are made there is no way one size fits all. I managed to get one sock on and it was like a tourniquet. A child’s foot may fit into these, but for me they are expensive rags. Never again.

Honestly - I like showing off my sartorial style. There's different versions, and Soxy's illustrative style works best.
I sometimes question the color they choose on the heel, but that's a small downside.
Lastly, I will say that the quality is some of the highest I have worn. I have 50+ pairs of socks (~15 from soxy), and they've weathered my hard usage the best.
Great products, logistical issues
I just had to get some of these wonderful socks and laces and would recommend them to anyone!
They look fantastic and wear really well. Cannot fault them for quality and comfort. The turn around they have from order to dispatch is amazing, got my first batch in a few days, Canada to Blighty in under a week?!
My first order however had its problems. Received an email confirming my order was dispatched only for a couple of hours later getting a second saying one of my items was out of stock and would I like to replace with something else.
After some back a forth with one of the Soxy team, very helpful and polite, we sorted it out.
When my order arrived however half of it wasn't there! Some more back and forth, again very helpful, another resolution, more stuff ordered by myself and some extras thrown in by Soxy.
Overall great customer service and it looks like they are selling so fast Soxy are running out of stock before they know it. Get some now before its all gone!

Terrible product and customer service
Terrible product and customer service. IAt the end of February I received 2 value packs (10 each) of Soxy Socks. Within 1-3 wearings nearly every one of the 20 pairs of socks developed holes in the heels. I complained to their customer service department. Their offered solution was I should buy more socks and they would give me a couple of extra pair as compensation... "good money after bad" course I chose to decline. Their stated reason was I waited 4 months (it was actually less than 3) to complain. I believe (hope) the problem was they received an inferior batch of socks from their manufacturer and chose to package them in a value pack (aka dumping) priced low enough customers wouldn't care. I do care. I don't trust their products nor their customer service which has a "gotcha sucker" attitude. I love these types of socks. I have 15 from other vendors none of which developed holes in the heels. It's not my feet or shoes, it's their inferior product. Since they wouldn't make good by me I just ordered 18 pair from another vendor (highly rated) at a much lower price.
Read their response. You can't return defective socks if they have been worn. Crazy, right? I guess they want to be able to resell the defective socks to another sucker.
They believe if you pay $110 for 2 sets of buy 5 get 10 you actually are getting 10 pairs for free. The free socks (all of which are defective) make up for the 10 other defective pairs. I don't understand this logic, do you?
I received my socks the end of Feb just before I left on a 6 week foreign trip. A few weeks after I returned I wrote to complain. No response. I wrote again and finally got a response. The averaged up the time from about 2.5 months to 4 months and said too bad, too much time.
