I was lucky enough to deal with Sue from my very first contact. She liaised between me with my very many queries and the hotel, arranging everything to my satisfaction. When you are making a booking for multiple people it is a great responsibility and Sue helped share the load. She arranged a separate room off the restaurant so that we could have a fun time without annoying other people. Sue kept in touch confirming times of spa treatments and dietary requirements as I sent them through. I had some strange/silly queries from my group yet Sue just checked and replied so we were all confident about what to expect. This was my daughter's hen party and I wanted it to be wonderful and Sue's support helped make it so.

I'm really disappointed about the customer service treatment. Due to mitagating circumstances this voucher for £150 could not be used immediately. But also because it was an email and not nicely presented was mislaid. We came to book found after 6 months expired. Customer services put pressure to book by end of January with Christmas and commitments impossible. So lm 75 widow lm loosing £150. Its disgusting so my legal team is pursuing this. Please be careful with this company they have no compassion just take your money regardless. Its the only time lve ever encountered this. Myself lve spent most of my working life in hospitality customers and good will being paramount. Think carefully before booking anything with these people.

The booking experience was great. Booked 1 night spa break at Holiday Inn Guildford for daughter's birthday. Reception staff friendly, however hotel room was full of moths. We complained and were moved to new room which was adequate, but had insect traps under bed with lots of dead moths and insects. No extra touches for daughter's birthday. Spa area and treatments were great. Dinner was not the best and gave my daughter an upset tummy, breakfast mediocre. Would not recommend hotel and would not stay again.

They were really inflexible in allowing me to use my voucher after the expiry date. They basically pocketed money that wasn't theirs. A rep on their online chat told me that I would need to pay £25 to use my voucher after its expiry day but when I emailed to enquire about this as instructed by the rep, they told me that actually I couldn't so I lost £70. I will never buy a voucher from them again and have told family and friends to avoid them too!

I used Spa and hotel breaks to arrange a spa break for me & fronds to celebrate my 50th. From the beginning Sue has been absolutely outstanding, so professional, fantastic communication, always answering my email’s promptly. I couldn’t nor recommend this company enough, so professional. Thank you Sue you are amazing!

Can’t fault the booking process at all! Was finding it very difficult to book a spa overnight for 3 people - spa and hotel break did all the hard work for me and managed to find me a very good deal. Highly recommend and will definitely coming back to book more. Staff were extremely helpful and professional! Thank you!

I just got back from my two night spa break booked through Spa and Hotel break to stay at Ringwood Hall Hotel and Spa. Genuinely my entire experience from booking to my stay itself exceeded my expectations. Everything which they said would be provided was and the hotel and its staff were wonderful.

It was really hard to find a website that provided solo spa and hotel experiences, this was the only website I could find. I can’t recommend enough!

The lady who sorted our booking was brilliant. She was called sue and everything was so easy and straightforward with her❤️ we had a slight problem with our chosen spa having some facilities down on our chosen day and she sorted this for us straight away and changed our date with no bother at all. Thankyou so so much sue❤️❤️

Sally was the lovely lady that helped me sort out my Christmas gift deal! The hotel it was booked for didn’t have the dates I desired and I was so gutted! I looked at different hotels on spa&hotel.com and asked if I could change to ******** hotel, I saw it had the same package etc… and she was more than happy to assist me to check they had the availability I was hoping for! She called me back within the hour and gave me great news that it was available! (Valentines weekends are busy) she made sure we got the days we wanted, the treatment times that suited us, and the time we went for dinner! All in all this was fabulous customer service, we did pay a tiny fee because we did get treatment time longer than the vouchers experience. But I cannot thank Sally enough! Now to look forward to our spa getaway in 3 weeks knowing Sally had sorted everything and confirmed all in a email! There definitely needs to be more people in the world like Sally 🥰

I have been using spaandhotel now since the end of last year 2022 and ever since then until now, Sue has booked me three spa getaway in total. I already have one precooked already for Alril of this year 2023. And I must confess that Sue at Spa breaks, is absolutely amazing with her customers Services from day one, right until now. She is so warm and welcoming and always very informative. No matter what time of the day or evening, Sue is always on hand to answer all and any questions I have. Sue is always so warm and welcoming and no matter what your budget is, she always makes sure to find something nice and enjoyable for you, that will alssys suit your budget. I couldn't recommend spaandhotel's Sue enough. She is absolutely amazing in every sense of the word. She really cares about her customers and them having a good time, more than the actual money thats one thing that I have already noticed about Sue. She is so gentle and approachable in the way she deals with her clients. I ciilrnt sing her praises enough. I will most definitely be using spaandhotelbreak and Sue, for all my UK Breaks, moving forward. Because they are just absolutely amazing. And Sue just makes the whole experience that little bit easier because of how efficient she is. She just takes the pressure off you when it comes to taking a break. She is absolutely amazing and I wish everybody Professional person I deal with on a daily basis, could be as efficient and amazing as Sue. The working world would be that much better. I couldn't thank Suenebough for making it all possible and thank you to spaandhotelbreaks too. You are amazing people and I shall most definitely be recommending spanadhotelbreaks and sue, to all my family, colleagues friends etc, for all their bookings. Sue was absolutely amazing how she took charge in the booking of my spa getaway. From the moment I contacted her company she was so helpful throughout the process until it was all booked for me. She helped booked a 2 day spa getaway, which she found at a great price for me. She saved me alot of money, with the deal she found for me and great price for what I needed. A massive thanks to Sue for all she did, in making it All possible. I will definitely be using spandhotelbreaks again for my future pampering getaway. I couldn't thank Sue enough for her kindness and her effortless Customer service. Thank you very much Sue.

Our second booking with Spa & Hotel and booked with Lea Marston Heath club Spa in Sutton Coldfield.

The extras like chocolate and prosecco were not included, the treatment we had booked was not available.

The relaxing area had dirty dishes everywhere, it was not tidy, there was no one to attend us or any snacks or nibbles available.

Not a happy break even though the staff were lovely and polite - the package we paid for is not what we received.

We have a Hen party coming up & had a spa break booked. We have just been told that most of the spa facilities are out of order but we would lose our deposit if we cancel.
This must be against the Consumer rights act.
Disgusted by the service, how do we break the news to the bride. Not happy & would not recommend this company.

Rebecca was amazing at helping me book a large (16people) spa weekend, she was very patient as I got all the party to confirm the location and timing etc and was very considerate. I will definitely be using spa and hotel breaks in the future

I booked a solo spa break at the Hampshire Court Hotel with Spa & Hotel Break. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received - staff were very friendly especially Annette and answered all my queries. When I arrived at the hotel, I was kindly offered an upgrade and was very impressed with the room’s amenities which included a bath/shower, Juliet balcony & Nespresso machine. The treatments I received were just as my package stated and highly relaxing. I also found the package more than suited my needs with dinner, spa & treatments included. Will definitely be using this site again to book my next break!

Excellent service staff very friendly and helpful reply very quick to any questions would recommend them to everyone. Never felt like this before I felt like I knew the member of staff who dealt with my booking she was so friendly

Can’t recommend Spa and Hotel Breaks highly enough. Sue was incredibly efficient and helpful in booking a Spa Break for myself and 2 friends. When we had to postpone at the very last minute, she smoothly and promptly rescheduled for us. Would 100% use again and recommend to friends 😊

I haven’t yet been for my spa break but I needed to change my booking, and having messed it up the first time and the second time, Natalie Davies was so helpful and patient and sorted everything out for me so efficiently. She was brilliant and a credit to the company.
