As outlined in the terms and conditions sent to you after you exceeded your withdrawal limit, we reserve the right to adjust withdrawal limits when necessary. Your total profit & withdrawal limit has surpassed your initial capital, and in accordance with our policy, adjustments are made to ensure a fair and sustainable experience for all users.

When you initially invested $250, the withdrawal limits were set accordingly. However, as you began exceeding these limits, our system flagged the need for an upgrade to a higher capital tier to continue with your withdrawals. The terms and conditions you received after exceeding your limit clearly state that an upgrade to the $3000 plan is required to access higher withdrawal limits and unlock full app functionality. This policy is in place to ensure that your investment is in balance with your withdrawal activity.

It is important to note that our platform operates on a tiered investment system. Expecting significant profits, such as a million-dollar return, from a smaller investment like $250 is not feasible. The $3000 upgrade ensures that your investment is aligned with the frequency and volume of withdrawals you wish to make, and allows access to higher-tier features.

We encourage you to review the terms and conditions provided, as they outline the structure of our platform and the necessary steps to maintain account access. We take all feedback seriously and strive to maintain transparency and integrity in our services.

We’ve observed that your profile contains a pattern of consistently posting negative reviews across various company pages, which raises concerns about the credibility and intentions behind your feedback. Additionally, it's important to note that you previously requested the closure of your account stipulating you wanted to test our services. At no point has our company experienced withdrawal issues, as your comments suggest. We encourage honest and fair feedback that reflects genuine experiences.

As clearly stated in our Refund Policy, we do not offer refunds for change of mind: Refunds will not be provided for services used or purchased based on a change of mind.

In your case (Testing the services), after you pleaded heavily, you were informed that withdrawing your capital from our mining server might require a substantial amount of time. Before the expiration of the stated time frame, our team contacted you to verify your wallet address through our secure app, as the address you provided differed from the one used during your initial deposit. This raised concerns about a possible case of identity theft or a duplicate claim.

To date, you have not verified your wallet address through our secure application, nor have you provided any form of identity verification or contacted us to resolve the matter amicably. Instead, you have chosen to publish defamatory reviews that misrepresent the facts and attempt to damage the reputation of our company.

In light of these violations, your account has been permanently suspended, and your access to our services and any refund revoked, effective immediately. We also reserve the right to take legal action against you for any false claims or defamatory content made against our company.

If you believe this action was taken in error, you may submit a written response within seven (7) days, including any supporting documentation. Please be aware that account termination will remain in effect unless compelling evidence is provided to justify reconsideration.

We encourage resolution through proper communication and remain open to reviewing any legitimate claims.
