My experience was easy and I was very pleased with the outcome. I also liked that when an item was out of stock, additional ideas were provided.

Thoughtful decorating assistance. A customer will want to leave ample time as it takes the designers over a week and a half to get back with initial thoughts (and any revisions take another week or so). Overall, I am pleased with the platform and the designer I worked with on a few rooms in my new home.

Terrific experience. Incredibly smooth process and great result. Will absolutely use it again.

I had an amazing experience with Spacejoy. The designer took all the information I provided and developed an outstanding design for me in less than a week. I was able to then purchase all the items with one click through the shopping list. The room came better than I could have imagined. I will be going through Spacejoy for my other rooms in the near future and just wish I had known about it sooner.

I absolutely loved working with my designer on my new living room! Tina listened to all my suggestions and we were very much in sync the whole time. She did a terrific job and I absolutely love my space

I am so pleased with how this project went. I was able to submit all my information for my home office redesign and the designer assigned to me did such a great job with listening, using my existing pieces where possible and giving me ideas I never would have come up with. She was responsive and creative and I’m SO happy with the result!

I gave one star because there is no option for zero stars. This company has managed to create some high impact articles online to compare themselves with other design companies, and they live off of that. In addition to the shady marketing strategy, they also have higher prices than others, to add an additional level of credibility. Finally, they have false timelines, within 7-10 days of submitting your information. That is impressive. But I signed up with them, paid the highest package they suggested, and two months later, all I had received were long emails, and discussions of what to expect, setting up a call ( that never happened, and the designer popped on a video call using her phone and never went on camera or shared her screen), no manager ever called upon reporting a concern, and no design was submitted after 2 months of waiting. This might be the shadiest company I have ever worked with.

Very helpful staff and the matts are really nice quality.

Ok it's a little expensive but I was given a great bedroom concept. I didn't follow it exactly but I did purchase the recommended rug and curtains and decor items. My room looks amazing in a style I would not have discovered myself!

Let’s see. Where do I begin? Horrible service. Horrible designer Lauren (supposedly she was a Lead designer). Zero design. Drawings given to me had nothing new. Zero customer service. Horrible communication. They only communicate through their stupid website which is terrible terrible terrible. In summary I lost my money and I would give them Zero stars if I could.

I had a positive experience with Spacejoy. The designer incorporated my wants and needs into the design. With furniture recommendations measured to fit the space, the designs were aesthetically pleasing and practical. I am happy with the process, except for the fact that recommended furniture prices are in US dollars, which can be misleading if you live outside of the US.

Online purchase was a ridiculous waste of time. It began with their website's lack of clarity between bar height and counter height stools. By cross-referencing, I made sure to order BAR height. I was shipped COUNTER height. Spacejoy admitted their error and the fault of their website. Is important to note this purchase-adventure beginning in mid April. Emails and phone conversations ensue turning a simple purchase into a mountain climb... After receiving the WRONG product within 10 days, the correct order was now going to take months for me to receive. Because I bought the stools including the promoted delivery time frame, I wanted to cancel the order. Nope. I was tied into my purchase---Spacejoy could apparently deliver as they pleased. (That's blatantly wrong.) Next, Spacejoy informed me the stools would cost me more than I initially paid for them. Again, I insisted on canceling the order. Nope. The reason: The ONE yard of "fabric had already been cut so the order cannot be cancelled." Next, there was yet ANOTHER change in the delivery date. Remember I made the purchase in mid April... I was now told the stools would arrive September 1st. I brought my bank, Chase, into this. Documents of biblical proportions are piling up for these 2 bar stools that I now DON'T WANT but can't escape. I've also got hours on the phone between Spacejoy and Chase. Ultimately, since Spacejoy promised to deliver by September 1st, Chase is allowing them to hold my purchase hostage rather than credit my account. Yes, Spacejoy would not even refund Chase---that's how good their legal disclaimer is. (Not too pleased with Chase now either.) September 1st comes and goes and you may have guessed it... no stools received. Unreliable is too nice a word for Spacejoy. More discussions with Chase Fraud. That department proves idiotic/useless. I escalate the matter to someone in Chase who I know rolls heads---it is indeed who you know at times that matters. I receive a call the next day from West Elm, the company Spacejoy markets for. I'm told "The stools will arrive September 20th." And so they do. Bottom line: Spacejoy canNOT be regarded a customer-satisfaction oriented company. Fact is, instead of making this customer happy, they chose to keep the dollars and sacrifice the customer. That's NOT a business I suggest is worth giving your business to.

I'm a 36 year old male without much of an eye for interior design. I used Spacejoy for 4 rooms/areas of my home and worked closely with Eda. The service as a whole was easy to use and Eda was a joy to work with. By the end, my house and outdoor patio looks amazing!

Eda and I worked together over 8 months as I slowly redesigned my space from scratch. She was patient and took the time to understand my style and price point. The whole Spacejoy team was helpful as there have been unexpected delays from suppliers, issues with furniture, etc. Highly recommend!

Advertised one price which I ordered and paid, then they wanted to charge me 50% more or cancel my order. Said website was wrong, however, when they told me it was wrong, it was still at the lower price.

Even if there was a mistake, they should have honored price, not a reputable company in my opinion. Stay away.

He is the absolute best customer service agent I have ever experienced. He heard my dissatisfaction and turned a negative into a positive. He was communicative and super responsive. He was cool calm and collective and just an all around great human being. A true helper a++ Spacejoy you have done a great job!

This service has been a great overall experience. Our designer was a perfect match to our style and we liked our great room design so much that we added on our entryway and bedroom! Frances is truly talented and found the right blends of colors and style to make our space cozy and modern. Both of our concepts where so good that we had a hard time choosing which one we liked. The great thing about Spacejoy is that they will also work with you to get the style you want so if you find something at a box store, they will find something similar or identical to put in the rendering. Also, the renderings are AMAZING and identical to your home! All we had to do is add the floor plan, take some measurements and photos and that's it! They do the rest. I also love that we can order from multiple vendors all on one site and they will take care of that too. Hands down the best online service out there (we did our research) and well worth the value! We are so happy that we went this route and we love our designs.

I moved into a new home and needed design help to figure out how to furnish and decorate several rooms in my new home. I decided to use Spacejoy’s online services and got Lauren as my designer. She has been absolutely amazing and on point with her designs and recommendations. Communication has been excellent, and her revisions have been great where she would tailor and tweak the designs according to my specific requirements for each space. I’m so impressed by the quality of the designs and the overall Spacejoy experience!

I moved into a new home 6 months ago and was completely overwhelmed with the idea of decorating the new space. I stumbled upon Spacejoy after a Google search and decided to test out their services with one bedroom. Spacejoy made things easy. The entire process was so enjoyable I was finally excited to decorate! Heather was our designer and she was BEYOND AMAZING. She understood my design goals and the overall aesthetic, it made for a perfect collaboration. The 3D renderings really helped visualize what the room will look like, so I was very comfortable purchasing items online through their platform and trusting it would all work out. The experience was so enjoyable I've designed a total of 6 rooms with Spacejoy and just purchased a package for the 7th! Go with Spacejoy, you won't regret it. Worth every penny.

My designer had unique and stylish designs and was quick to incorporate my ideas into her vision. I would recommend Spacejoy to anyone that needs new ideas for their home decor!

Our living and dining area is weird. We just moved in and I’ve been dreading trying to decide how to set it up. Then I found space joy. My designer, Kate, has been so helpful in the process from working in our guitars we wanted to display to the couch I’m hoping to buy, and more. I feel like my vision truly got brought to life!! I’ve already recommended space joy to a handful of friends and family. 🙌🏼 So worth the investment.
