I booked via spadays.com.au for one of their locations: Tanya. The spa package with 1 hour massage plus use of sauna, steam, jacuzzi and pool is $125 per person. At the other location Alysium is $152. I have screenshots of the charges because there's a couple of us sharing and looking at other options.

They quickly charge my card and after few minutes, I received an SMS stating that Tanya is fully booked. I was offered to go to their other location Alysium Hilton Hotel. However, they said it will be $167 per person. I said that is not right because at the time of my booking the price was only $152, that is so cunning. Then, they said... out of their goodwill gesture they will only charge for $152 + $24 (for the three person) for weekend penalty rates. Then, they sent me the calculation showing $159 + $8 ($24/3 persons for the weekend) = still $167 per person. We are now requesting for refund. Unbelievable this people!

I booked a spa day for a special treat for my sister's birthday to include a full
Elemis facial.
This was booked through spa days. When the
confirmation came through our facial had been booked
for 0915 am. This meant that using the spa facilities such as the pool and sauna afterwards would totally ruin the facial. When attempting to change the time of the facial we
were told that this was not possible and that we should have arrived at 0600 am in order to fit in the spa!! This was not our idea of a relaxing day ! Neither spa days or Bannatyne were helpful and simply passed the buck to each other.
Sadly we left straight after the facial and were unable to enjoy the facilities for the rest of the day. No offer of amendment, re visit or refund was offered by either organisation. Please note it is not possible to select a treatment time on booking.
We had planned to enjoy this facility once a month as a treat but will absolutely
NOT be booking again.
Please be aware and we definitely do not recommend booking a spa day at this facility or through spa days.
