I have gotten about three replies back from this company but they are not willing to either give me my money back or the product I had ordered. They want to give me half of what I paid for or a coupon for 20% off. They say I don't have to send the wrong product back if I will take the coupon. While the product I received was defective and did not match what I originally saw upon ordering, the company took full responsibility and refunded my purchase in full.
I purchased Lilac Mirror Nail Polish, I received a bottle of clear polish. When I contacted the company the first time, whomever I talk to was unwilling to give me a refund unless I paid for the return. It was not worth it since the order was under $20. Finally someone else contacted me and sent me a refund and said to keep the wrong product I received. Customer service is very important.

Already wore these last night—didn’t expect the waistband to stretch back after washing, but it did. Feels thicker than supermarket ones. The seam isn’t itchy at all, so that’s a plus. Threw out my old pair.
They never sent the product, worst customer service. They just here to steal your money

Feel like I’ve been misled although I should learn not to trust photos and descriptions at face value! The emotional support calendar looks as if there will be cute crocheted individual items in each door! The reality is they are cheap plastic “tokens” with pictures of crocheted figures. There is no way to ask for a refund just a random address in china to send it to at your own expense! Waste of money and a lesson learned not to order from them ever again!!! Lost my faith in online sales from companys like this

I was sent the wrong product and they have not rectified their mistake to my satisfaction. Very poor customer service.
They suggested to give it to someone as a holiday gift - the product I ordered was a spray on waterproofing product for external use on buildings.
