Seiko 6R35 movement parts are difficult to find, anywhere. As a hobbyist wanting to work on vintage and new, I am so happy Spareparts made available and immediately sent what I needed for a Seiko Alpinist not keeping good time. 4 days, from Netherlands to New Zealand. I ordered from another watch website in the Netherlands also at the same time with no tracking and insurance and it appears that the shipment was lost in the mail. Never thought that would happen.

Bought an stem and don't arrived. Seller claims that because my order was without tracking number there is no way they can support me. There is no proof the item was shipped, hence my 23 euro got lost. Black list vendor.

I emailed this company looking for parts for my old seiko rotocall (CALIBER A829). A day later they responded to me, saying the part would be in stock by the end of the week.
