Incredible support - post purchase

I had a tricky post-sale query about a purchase from almost a year ago. When I reached out to Sparesbox support, Noah took ownership of the issue from start to finish. He kept me updated at every step and made sure everything was handled properly. It’s clear that Sparesbox has a strong customer-focused approach because the whole process was smooth and resolved quickly. Excellent service, thank you, Noah and the Sparesbox team. Ordered the part properly allocated for…

Ordered the part properly allocated for my vehicle it was a swift delivery well packaged but didnt fit the vehicle ... they refunded the amount including my original postage and because it was a smaill item <$50 they told me not to bother with return. Email response to my issue was quick. Website is easy to traverse to get refund ... with some other sites you have to dig deep to find the refund menu ... so my experience I guess was a positive one.

Terrible customer service.

Placed an order for something late September. Was told delivery would be 2/10 after having to reach out to support.
Contacted again and reached out to the courier company using the given tracking number only to find out they've only been given shipping info and no parcel has been received to send.

- Support are impossible to contact and take multiple days to get back to you.
- Only way to contact support is through email forms on their website.

TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE - Don't give it to this store. They will just screw you around.

Bloody hopeless company

Bloody hopeless company! Ordered brake pads and notified I would be informed when dispatched, after waiting 11 days I emailed to find out what was going on. To be informed that they in fact didn’t have in stock and were now on backorder with no idea how long they would be.
Now trying to get my refund

Scam site. Lost over $1000 on break rotors. Only generic auto reply from them saying someone will respond within 1-2 business days. It’s been 2weeks

Never posted.
Ordered an “in stock” item on eBay, missed the delivery window so when asked 8 days later they said about to be posted. The next 12 days was broken promises about warehouse failures. Certainly someone was lying about the postage/delivery process because their story changed almost daily.
So after nearly 3 weeks of waiting I gave in and asked for a refund which was provided in 10 minutes- the only good service in the whole miserable experience - never again

it is astounding how long it takes them…

it is astounding how long it takes them to process and ship an order. I ordered some parts from the US and Sparesbox on the same day, and have already received the parts from the US. Meanwhile, the parts from Sparesbox (Sydney- Brisbane) haven't even shipped yet?? Their prices are usually quite reasonable, but if you need parts quickly absolutely avoid this company. I wish they would sort this huge problem out.

Took 5 days after payment before item got shipped and then took another 7 days to get item. Very slow to process order and post.

That’s why it’s marked as a special order on the product page, why the checkout cart advises it is ordered in from our supplier for you, and why we advise a delivery timeframe of up to 10 business days.

I recently had an issue with a parts order

I recently had an issue with a parts order I placed and needed to contact them. I Very quickly got a reply from Tash in customer service. She went out of her way to fix the issue and I can only say 11/10 for her fantastic customer service help. All sorted for me. on my last order the online system told me the part fitted my vehicle but we discovered it was slightly different, unfortunately they couldn't supply the correct one. But they took the part back for a full refund & paid the freight, you wont get that sort of support from the big shiny box stores!

Disappointed with Customer ServiceTitle

I had heard good things about Sparesbox, which is why I chose to purchase DBA brake discs from them in February 2024. Unfortunately, after only 10,000 km, I started experiencing severe vibrations in the steering wheel and an unusual ticking noise when braking.

When I reached out to customer service, I was simply told that the warranty had expired, with no real effort to understand the issue or offer a solution. I understand that policies exist, but given how prematurely these discs failed, I expected a bit more support and consideration.

It’s disappointing, as I trusted Sparesbox when making this purchase. I hope they reconsider their approach to customer service and better support.

Part 2 weeks late

Ordered a part I need to get my car running, was meant to arrive 2 weeks ago. Last update on the tracking was over 3 weeks ago and still nothing, emailed support 5 days ago and I've gotten no response at all and I'm reaching the point of asking for a refund. Whats the point of having support if your not going to respond

Thanks for your review, and we're really sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We’ve seen a sharp increase in customers reaching out about delayed parcels, particularly over the end of last week and the weekend, following courier impacts in QLD caused by Cyclone Alfred and the resulting flooding. It’s taken us longer than we would’ve liked to respond, and we’re sorry we didn’t get back to you on Friday.

Looking into your order, it was dispatched on the 3rd of March and received a scan on the 6th, but unfortunately didn’t receive any further tracking updates. Our team followed up with Couriers Please today and were advised that the parcel was damaged in transit. It wasn’t scanned as damaged at the time, which is normally what triggers a notification to us so we can reach out proactively, so we completely understand how disappointing this has been. We’ve passed this feedback on to the courier to help prevent situations like this in the future.

This isn’t the experience we want for our customers, and we’re genuinely sorry it’s played out this way. I will be in touch shortly with a voucher for a future purchase as we’d truly appreciate the opportunity to rebuild your trust in Sparesbox.
