Scamming scum. Never arrived, when I complained they said it had been delivered. No it hasn't. They've not replied to my multiple emails since. I hope they develop serious illnesses and suffer greatly.

Scam - they copied the One Punch Website and have not delivered the item. Beware - when I tried to get a refund from Paypal they claimed it was a digtal product

Not even one star! My son ordered a boxing machine months ago! Never arrived! Who's going to return his money? Surely, with some many awful reviews it can be taken further! Total scam artists! 🤬

UTTER PIECES OF S**T! LOW VALUE HUMANS SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY! Ordered a Boxing machine and immediately received confirmation email that more or less confirmed that they committed theft of my money with no intentions to supply the product paid for. No communication there after and I highly doubt they will even respond to my emails of enquiry! Fkn gutless bottom feeders! Hope you buy a fkn pot plant with my money and carry it around with you to replace all the fkn air you’re wasting!

They tell me it's delivered and they'll check with the carrier that is correct. I haven't heard back. Tried again but got the same reply. Absolute scam!

Wow just read all these and I'm the same. Ordered this online and never received the goods. I emailed them asking for my invoice and tracking number. They emailed the invoice and said they don't supply tracking numbers. I have been emailing now for about 3 weeks asking for help everyday and keep getting an automatic email stating they will get back to me and no one has. I have given them all the information and now I've lost of that money. This should be shut down and fast, the
Is is people lives that they are doing this too, it's not right. They also told me it had bee delivered and I asked who signed for it, where is the pod but nothing.

I ordered 2 items 6 wks ago still not received , I have emailed & emailed this company no response what so ever , They took £56.00 of my hard earned

Absolute Scammers and yes I'm the stupid one for ordering online without checking recent reviews from August onwards.

Order placed in August with 10 day delivery time. Then told to wait another 10 days. After 7 weeks of waiting and chasing I'm being told delivered. They refuse to provide and proof of delivery or refund.

I will continue to email daily, just to annoy them if anything

Yet again wish I'd read the reviews before buying from this scamming company, I ordered a boxing machine on the 2nd Aug when I didn't receive I emailed them and first they said they'd check them they said it had been delivered and now no response from them so please people do not buy from them

SCAM avoid. l wish I’d seen the other reviews before buying. Told me the same as the others, it’s been delivered but hasn’t and now not responding to my emails, the contact number doesn’t work either.

Bought a OnePunch™ Music Boxing Machine on the 5th of August. After a huge delay they claim the box has been delivered. I have not received anything neither have any of my neighbours.
Initially responded to emails when asking for updates, but stopped completely a week ago
Guess it's my fault for not looking them up before making the purchase, but they're FREAKING SCAMMERS

I purchased a OnePunch music boxing machine on August 6, 2024, but it still hasn’t been delivered. I reached out to customer service, and they initially responded, promising an update. However, it’s been four weeks with no follow-up. I requested a refund, but now they’re completely unresponsive.

These people are crooks. I placed an order which didn't arrive. My first email was answered, they said it's showing as delivered which was blatantly a lie as I have asked several times for tracking information or proof of delivery. The last 3 emails I have sent for a refund they have ignored.

Scammers unfortunately.
Feel very stupid that I fell for it. Bought the boxing machine and never arrived. They answered my first 13 emails saying it was due, then told me it had been delivered. As I'm home all day and have a ring doorbell, it would be impossible for me to miss a delivery. Needless to say once I told them that, they have stopped replying

Do not buy from these people - SCAMMERS. Kicking myself for not reading these reviews. Ordered boxing machine for son’s birthday, told me it was out for delivery, chased only to be told it had been delivered. Now not answering my emails! What frustrates me most is Facebook allow these people to advertise! They should do more due diligence on their marketplace platform - so many sellers on there are like these people. Just out to take your money!
