Sparkle Solutions  Opiniões

The worst experience with this company!

On 26th of August we paid 7,000 AED for a resident visa. The visa got rejected in a week, and since then we have been asking for our money back. They only sent us 3 receipts totaling 4,900 AED. The remaining 2,020 AED has still not been refunded.

They also claimed they had paid 1,200 AED to a provider “Center” in August, but in reality the payment was only done yesterday — one month later! The receipt even shows the name Zaheer Abbas, the same person from Sparkle who handled everything with us. Very unprofessional and suspicious.

This company is completely unreliable, dishonest, and untrustworthy. We lost time, energy, and peace of mind dealing with them. I strongly advise everyone to stay away unless you want to go through the same nightmare.

I want to warn all people not to give money before the service is completed. I am very disappointed with the unprofessionalism in the preparation of the offer and the later problems caused by the poor analysis of the case. They are very much to be avoided or not given money before the completion of what they promise. They told me that they would finish the task in 7 working days, it took 2 months, I was returned from the airport, I lost a lot of nerves (and money). The goal of what I'm writing is to prevent other people who believe in professionalism and soft-spokenness from being harmed.

My experience with Sparkle Solutions Business Setup Consultancy was outstanding. Their professionalism, transparency, and expertise made the business setup process a breeze. They demonstrated in-depth knowledge of local requirements, provided tailored solutions, and communicated openly at every step. Their efficiency and attention to detail were impressive. The team was not only professional but also friendly and approachable, going the extra mile to ensure success. I highly recommend Sparkle Solutions for anyone looking to start a business. They are a top-notch consultancy service. Thank you, Sparkle Solutions, for making my business dream a reality!
