I have been emailing the company and after my 3rd email out, it has now been 14 weeks 4 days, and a generated email stating they will look into the order and have it shipped right away and that was a little over a month ago from 10 weeks in already. Now I will need to get with my credit card company Fraud department

Been waiting for months for a shovel. (Possible) Tracking information showed it went somewhere else. They replied quickly they would find out what happened and get right back to me about 5-6 weeks ago. I've made 4 attempts to contact them, I've got nothing from them since April 7th. Now May 15th.

I ordered the trench tool shovel on 2/8/21. I still do not have the product. I have had a email response from them saying it was shipped like the 18th of Feb. The tracking shows it only has a shipping label when it works. I email and they say it’s in transit. Ok it takes nothing 2 plus months. Now I can’t get them to even respond to my emails. I requested a refund several times with no answer. These people are a scam. Don’t give them your money. SCAM!!!!!!!!!

Well looks like I've been scammed also. Ordered 2x spades last year. Been in contact with them and they blame COVID. Hopefully they will read these and all I have to say to them is KARMA IS A B...H and it always comes back twice as hard. I work hard for my money and I have a family to care for, so money is always tight.

Ordered two shovels from this company. Never sent to me. This is a total SCAM

Total scam!!! Never received a thing. Customer service number is for a foreign country. They sent one email saying the package was in transit and two minutes later sent an email that said I was not home for them to deliver it.
They also ignore demands to stop contact.

I waited almost 4 months for this shovel that I could have ordered from Amazon for half of what I paid for this piece of JUNK. It is 20% smaller than it shows on the advertisement it also does not have the push button option it shows on the advertisement. I have notified the FTC about this scam and anyone else that will listen.

FRAUD, just like the others I ordered the shovel and watched the phony shipping notices. Took months and never arrived. Just got notification that it was delivered, check where and it's some podunk town in Minnesota. I live in Southern California.

This is either a scam or the business is not able to respond or function properly. My order never arrived and they do not respond to emails. The tracking number appears to be fake or it's only valid if you load up their phone app... I will not load their phone app. I've had to contact my bank.

I ordered a fancy $120 shovel for $60 and haven’t received it in over a month now. They responded to my emails at first with pandemic excuses, but after finding these similar experiences on this review website, I don’t anticipate receiving anything. I ordered the same thing on Amazon for $30 and received it in two days, as one should in the 21st century. I’m also considering reporting them to the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center.

Spartose is a scam company. After waiting over a month for my item I sent a message asking when it would arrive. They made a lot of escuses about COVID delaying things. Now I can't get any response from them at all. Almost three months and no item. Don't buy anything from them! If I could give them negative stars I would.

Do not buy anything from this company. It is a scam. It took one month in 12 days for me to get my order sent from China!! There was no phone number to contact anybody. When I finally did get whatever it is that they sent me it was not the item that I ordered!!! Do not order anything from them they are a corrupt company they are a scam!!!

FRAUD!!!! DON’T USE...Hat to file a report to my local police, it’s a scam!! They never sendes items, only tracking number but invalid. Lots of bad excuses about Corona delaying. No items....!!! FRAUD!!!!
