10/10 service and experience!

Recently purchased a spa from Spa World Newcastle. Very happy with the professional knowledge, patience and service received from Charlie. We never felt pushed or rushed in our decision. The showroom is set up beautifully and being allowed to sit in the spa to try them out for size and fit reassured our purchase. Would highly recommend.

Elaine from Spa World Marsden Park is…

Elaine from Spa World Marsden Park is truly amazing. Her salesmanship skills are exceptional, her wealth of knowledge is endless. I cannot thank her enough for her dedication to her customers.

I was going to purchase elsewhere before I happened upon Spa World on YouTube. I called Spa World and thankfully Elaine answered my call. I didn’t get passed off to someone else I dealt with her and anytime I called to ask a myriad of questions they were always answered quickly with an explanation I could understand.

We can’t wait to get our swim spa and thank you Elaine for being truly awesome.

Spa world, best in the business

We recently purchased a spa from the Warner's Bay Spa World.
One of the best places we visited. Displays were amazing, so many products set up and working to show how they all operate.
Our salesman Charlie was on point.
He knew everything about their products, he was a wealth of knowledge.
He made our purchase hassle free and excellent customer service.
We absolutely love our new spa.

Welcoming and Knowledgeable

When entering Braybrook Store, Victoria Nick was so welcoming and remembered our names and was able to answer questions we had about the spa we purchased. Have recommended Spa World to friends and family.

Extremely poor communication

Originally was going to purchase a spa and a pergola. Decided to purchase a spa elsewhere but still wanted to purchase the pergola. Initially I was told 2 weeks for delivery for the pergola and then told 8-10 weeks. Still waiting for the pergola. Have emailed twice for an update and spoken on live chat and I still have not received a reply. Extremely poor communication. I will never purchase from SpaWorld again

We are sorry to hear your feeling of neglect and disappointment regarding your experience with us. We have been communicating with your partner or husband, which may have caused a breakdown in communication between Spa World and yourself. We are committed to finding a solution to this issue, and I want to express my sincere apologies once again.

We can see that Michelle, your salesperson did go above and beyond with you by accepting a 10% deposit, where our business practise is 30% deposit as a minimum.

Regarding the delays, these are an unfortunate aspect of our industry. We share in your frustration as we have many eager customers anticipating their delivery dates, and when they are not met, it can indeed diminish the excitement.

We really do work so hard to give amazing service every encounter and this time, we have fallen short.

From the moment I first contacted Michael, he was knowledgeable, friendly, thought outside the box and is just generally an exceptional human. The purchase transaction was smooth, quick and efficient, as was the delivery service. All questions were answered without the hint of an eye roll with the promise of follow up calls. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I do not recommend.

We were delivered the wrong spa with wrong colour cabinet. Which I realised, not them.
We were then told by HO that that container of spas were intended for New Zealand and not Perth Western Australia. I don't know how all the other customers in Perth are getting on with their spa purchase but after 4 months we have not had a drop of water in ours as yet. Still waiting on the proper cabinet to be installed. (You know.... the one we ordered! )This is after they replaced the original cabinet with an inferior cabinet and hoped we didn't notice. Oh and I might mention that the removalist guys were given the job of drilling holes and installing the replacement cabinet. They told me they had never done this before!! I was mortified and thought this should be the job of a Spaworld technician. According to Head Office it is.
Now waiting another 6 weeks for this cabinet to be replaced. And were waiting three weeks to get one of their technicians to do a handover. Haven't seen him yet so I am getting another spa tech to show me how it works.... at my cost.
Honestly this company's service is a joke and seem to have a licence to print money. Once you've purchased they want to see the back of you....especially if you have a complaint. We have given them the option to remove and give our money back but that seems to fall on deaf ears.
But its heartwarming to see that the CEO flys especially to Spain to crane a spa in on site somewhere special. And then somewhere else in Europe....Good on you Andrew! Good to see you're fixing the problems your company are creating in Australia.

Spa World prides itself in acknowledging when we underdeliver. Our approach is to listen, apologise, and work tirelessly to put it right. We learn from our mistakes and implement changes to our processes. Effectively addressing the concerns and putting it right does require open communication and support from our customers. We believe, in your situation we were not afforded this and as such it has hindered our ability to make things right.

I was delivered the wrong spa but Florian was absolutely amazing and deserves a payrise

I was delivered the wrong spa. I was allowed to keep the incorrect one as it took a while to get the new one due to lack of stock which was appreciated. The company was good in replacing it, paying for the electrician to uninstall the incorrect one and reinstall the new one. It has taken ages to get the spa concierge - I was told I was not eligible for one even though it was on my order form - I had to send the documents to show it and finally someone is coming soon. I felt the pre-sales service was great, but the post service communications were abysmal. The company was very unresponsive in getting back to me and my emails kept being returned as undelivered. I don't know what I would have done without a wonderful employee called Florian who I felt was the only person who was able to achieve anything. He would regularly call me back, forward emails on my behalf, contact the person I was unable to contact or unable to email even though they were in my safe senders. He did everything is such a professional, kind, helpful way, if it was not for him my experience would have been a 'one star'. I would give him five stars so please Spaworld, consider promoting this person and giving him a payrise as he is invaluable. Thank you so much Florian for everything.

Couldn’t be happier

We could not be happier with our Vortex Xenon spa, thanks to our wonderful sales consultant Lisa C. She took the time to listen and understand our specific needs, site constraints and budget and recommended the perfect spa for us. Lisa stayed in contact with us through the whole process from selection, and preparing our home to delivery and installation day!

Great experience

Very helpful staff. Before purchasing our spa the staff answered all of our questions and explained the features of the spas really well. After purchasing our the staff have continued to support us and keep us informed about how to best care for our spa. They make testing the water easy and convenient and always give us advice and directions to improve the water quality.

We were doing the rounds of spa shops…

We were doing the rounds of spa shops to get ideas of costs, type of spa etc but we got no further than Spa World at Campbelltown/Gregory Hills as Lilly was SO helpful, friendly and informative with great deals and specials that we actually bought a corner spa (Fisher 2) which we have the perfect spot for AND a Linear 1-person sauna (which we both fitted in). My husband is a builder and is constantly in pain; we look forward to him having a pain-free future.

Was super helpful with all my issues regarding the set up of my hot tub app, nothing was a problem for him, his knowledge of the Spa was excellent, I couldn’t recommend him enough,

New spa

Our salesman, Charlie at Warner's Bay was fantastic. I found him to be honest and full of knowledge.
The after sales problems are a different matter. Our cover had a forklift prong through it and two of the lights don't work. Still waiting a fortnight later for both to be fixed/replaced. They are not very quick fixing problems.

Fantastic Support after the warranty has faded

Spa World Head office support Fantastic service your warranty is limited like any where else but the customer support is FOR LIFE
Had my Spa for a while now and had a little hiccup with my Vortex Spectrum which Regan Wood from customer support took care of these days with Cars computers, electronics ect it’s hard to find good after care customer service but happy to tell you it’s still Alive and Well at SPA WORLD

Watch out!

Watch out!

Ordered a new spa cover. Gave the serial number of the spa as asked. Had to wait for ages for it to be available but that's ok. When the new cover turned up it was different than the current cover. There was a connecting velcro missing off the cover which joined the 3rd piece to the rest to allow for the lifter to operate and take all 3 sections off the spa easily. Was not infomed that the unit would be different form what i had even thought they had the spa serial number and knew when it was bought.

Went back and was told after a number of interactions that they have changed the design as there was a problem with the Velcro failing so they had stopped doing that. They informed me that I should have checked the new specifications on the website and sent a link - the page is missing.

I said that as the new unit was the same as the one i have with the failed velcro I really don't need the new one and asked for a refund. They told me that i had to pay to return the unit, along with a 20% restocking fee - off the cost of the cover not the total sum of course. They recommended a carrier and said I should also insure the shipment.

When i said that i have trucks they said the company cannot accept a shipment from me at the warehouse (I guess the fairies magically make their stuff appear) and they would make sure i was rejected.

So tried to book with the preferred delivery company. Went through the hoops and at the end was told that they don't do one of deliveries but only for account customers.

Basically i would rather throw it away than give these people a 20% bonus when they resell it to the next sucker. I will throw away the foam, keep the cover and get it fixed at by sail maker.

Last time i bother with this company for any service - there is none.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you are unhappy with the service you experienced.

We accept that the design of the spa cover has changed and this was a cause of frustration for you. As explained to you, product designs do change and improve over time as flaws are identified. The velcro strap was a point of failure on previous designs and has since been removed.
The cover is still fit for its intended purpose which is to provide insulation and protection for your spa.

Our return policy on spa covers is clear that we do not accept returns for spa covers except for manufacturing defects. By completing a purchase with us you acknowledge that you have read and accept our terms and conditions of sale and the returns policy.

Just to clarify our restocking fee is 15% which is a standard fee charged by many businesses for returning items that are not faulty.

As a gesture of goodwill, we agreed to return the spa cover, which is over and above our normal procedure. As we discussed on the phone, we also offered to waive the 15% restocking fee which you declined.
