For over 25 years in my business, I absolutely hated dealing with banks and credit card companies and avoided changing them EVER. Martell called my business relentlessly 4 years ago insisting that he could save me money by switching credit card companies. My resistance was worn down by Martell's relentless pursuit, and I finally took a leap of faith and trusted him. I have been thrilled ever since. Martel and Germaine not only saved my small business money, they changed how I feel about credit card companies! They are a pleasure to do business with: they answered every call that I ever made, they helped me out when my business had to close during Covid, and they walk me through any processing updates that may need to be done. Martell and I speak occasionally for no particular reason- he calls just to check up and make sure every thing is going well. He is truly a honest man and very caring. Awesome! Very happy with SFG, but primarily our rep Martell who has been extremely helpful in getting our equipment up and running. The processing fees are very reasonable and I have never had any problems with payments going through. I would highly recommend SFG to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable payment processing solution.
