I have been shopping with Specialist for 15 years, both for school and personal supplies and cannot fault them. Their products are great, the range is wide and the delivery reliable. Their customer service is also extremely good, phones answered by people and problems solved instantly or within the day in more complicated circumstances. I have attended several of their creative courses and always found them very inspiring, practical and helpful. Altogether a very very good company in.

The delivery took ages and the communication around that was lacking. I also found the amount of product for the price I paid very expensive especially as I also paid delivery costs.

Delivery time was good. Kept up to date when to expect the delivery. The only criticism la have is the cost of V A T and shipping

We had a small delay in receiving our order when Royal Mail lost our parcel en route - not Specialist Craft's fault, but they helped to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently which means we'd be confident to use them again.

My initial order was lost by the courier (no fault of Specialist Crafts). Replacement orders were rapidly organised and I was updated by email of their progress. Everyone I spoke to in customer service was kind and efficient and James was especially helpful in ensuring that my order was replaced quickly. When the original order did in fact arrive after having received the replacement, I was told to keep the items and use them - amazing customer service! The items are of great quality and I look forward to using them. I will definitely order again - thank you!
