My order took a month to arrive and wasn’t correct upon arrival. When shown photo proof of the error, the company refused to accept responsibility or compensate fairly. I was offered $2, then $4, and finally $7”max” which barely covers the shipping I paid. Absolutely terrible!

I ordered a calendar from them on November 1, 2025. Notices of shipping were sent regularly until it got to Anchorage Alaska. Then for some reason support has been telling me that the item was returned for an inaccurate address. After checking my order, I determined that my address was indeed correct. They refuse to ship me another one unless I send additional funds for shipping to a sketchy personal address. If I ask for a refund they can only refund me 1% of the total cost because they no longer have the calendar (which wasn’t my fault) so I have to pay for the cost of replacing the calendar and the cost of shipping. There has been no resolution. I want my calendar, they want more money.

I ordered a wallet from their store 3 months ago. I just got it today and the wallet i expected was way different. The lever you pull to eject the cards is stiff and the cards don't want to come out. This company is horrible don't order from them!

Received an impressive quality holiday-themed product recently. Although the delivery duration extended to two weeks, its craftsmanship justifies the reasonable pricing. Definitely a delightful addition to festive occasions.

I order for headset which in the ad in fb it shows that you also use it as a mic,but the mic is not working at all as what the ad says.I email the customer service,i send videos that the product they sent to me is not working.They sent me a video that shows how to use it without sound.How will i know of the mic is working when there is no sound.They sent me a last email thay they will give me 2$ ?????. The item is not worth buying.I hope people will think better before buying in this companu

Sports Karaoke Bluetooth earphones (black): received today.
This product is a replica of the original, and it is overpriced compared to what I found on Amazon and eBay, where similar items are available for half the price or even less. It did not meet my expectations, and I consider it a waste of my money. Not a good quality.
Delivery took so long to arrive.
