Problema com taxa de preço no clique

Estou operando nela ja faz uns dias e msm com o spread em alguns momentos muito alto nos ativos reais estava tendo uma boa experiencia porem na data de hj fiquei impossibilitado de operar pelo fato da taxa de operação estar totalmente errada, contratei o serviço de -50% de spread e operando em um par com 0.3 a taxa de entrada simplesmente me jogando muito longe de forma absurda sem sentido. N sei se é bug na plataforma mas gostaria q me dessem uma explicação, fico no aguardo.
Att: dps de ler algumas resenhas parece q isso n é bug mas sim um forma de "silenciar" o usuario sem bloquear, irei ficar no aguardo do suporte pra ctz, caso seja resolvido volto com a avaliação positiva

CORRETORA SCAM, MAL CARÁTER!!!

Corretora pilantra, foi feito um depósito de 19 USD via pix no dia 13/01/2023 e a corretora zerou o saldo e não deu retorno do ocorrido, não entre na mesma, scam!!!

Deram uma desculpa e nao deixaram sacar. E ainda confiscaram os lucros e voltaram pro meu saldo inicial após depósito. Corretora piada

Unfortunately, your trading experience coincided with a period where a bug was existent and prominent in the platform that was increasing the chances of a trader’s win.

Kindly note that
a) the incident above is showcased publicly on the investor’s page of the project: spectre.exchange/investors where you can also see proof and a short explanation of the bug itself.
b) On the same page you can go over all cases in the past and how the company dealt with bugs in the platform. Spectre.ai is a transparent company that handles all issues responsibly. We would like to turn your attention to the 14th of April 2020, where 44 traders who traded FX contracts on Spectre.ai were reimbursed in full for any losses incurred as FX contracts were erroneously open on Good Friday (10th April 2020) which is a holiday.
c) The company’s actions were as per the Terms & Conditions (included but not limited to paragraphs 34 and 35) that were signed by traders upon registration.
d) Should the company have been the “scam” it is portrayed to be, then the deposit amount would not have been returned to each account.
e) You suffered no loss from your trading in Spectre due to the existence of this bug; the whole deposit amount was returned to each account, besides some rare occasions where users traded other assets etc.

Spectre Scammer

Fiz um investimento dia 06/01/2023 e infelizmente acreditei que essa seria uma corretora séria. Trabalhei com o capital, enviei os documentos para análise, os documentos foram aprovados dia 10/01/2023 e logo em seguida solicitei o saque. Porém a corretora é suja e não efetuou o pagamento do meu lucro nem mesmo do valor depositado. Fujam dessa porcaria, ela é suja e desonesta. Não caiam no golpe.

a few things please. First of all, the deposit was returned to your account and was withdrawn by you. The transaction took place via PIX. So this is a lie from your side.
