OK. This is as honest an opinion as I can give.

The product works perfectly, although I do think it is overpriced. However, with so few retailers selling products with a similar specification, there is little that can be done about that.

For a high-end product with a premium price, I was disappointed to find the product label on the case peeling away at all four edges, making the unboxing experience feel more like receiving a TEMU product than a premium one.

I was very impressed that, before dispatch, a member of staff realised the product was being shipped to Spain and emailed me to offer a European charger. I was less impressed that this wasn’t an option during the purchase process, although I appreciate it was available for some other products.

I was also less impressed that, during dispatch, the package was inadvertently marked as “buyer responsible for duties and taxes”, even though I had already paid these during the purchase process.

That said, I was incredibly impressed by the customer service team, who resolved the issue quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, it still cost me €20 in phone charges, and the mistake delayed delivery despite my paying extra for three-day shipping.

It may sound as though I am unhappy, but that is not the case. The product itself is excellent, and the customer service was impeccable. I was simply unlucky enough to bear the brunt of a couple of avoidable oversights.

Finally, I was genuinely pleased that you were willing to do business with a customer in Spain… even if Trump might have other ideas! 😄

All good, like the product and delivery was a day ahead of expected schedule.

I like the website and how informative it was. I did not like that I have no way of tracking my order. I got a PDF that said it would delivered on one date but them an email that said a different date so I am not sure when it will arrive

Nano 365 IDX-200 really surprised me and totally lives up to the hype. The UV beam is super bright and clear — great for checking surfaces or inspecting antique/vintage items. It’s also ridiculously convenient, small enough to fit in my pants pocket or bag. Just a solid, no-nonsense tool that does what it’s supposed to — and does it well.

Everything was good from the beginning, good customer service.
