We love our Speediance Gym Monster! I love that it suits both me and my husband’s different workout needs and preferences. It fits neatly in the corner of our sitting room with no need for rows of heavy weights. The Australian Speediance team have been very responsive to our questions; when we noticed one of the rower footplates was broken on arrival, they sent out a replacement footplate straight away. We are also enjoying the updates and regular new content- I am excited to try the Pilates programs

Delivery was quick and efficient. Once all set up, I absolutely love it, has to be hands down the best piece of equipment I have ever bought.

We've had our Speediance machine just over 4 months and our family of 5 use it most days and we all love it. I like not having big bulky equipment in my gym space, the variety of exercises and workouts and the blue tooth finger device which controls the weight is awesome. I was sceptical to try it out over traditional equipment however gave it a go and love it. It would be good to get some Aussie workout instructors though.

Marco has been awesome to work with. Despite some initial phone tag he was flexible to work around schedules. Very kindly agreed to some changes in delivery timelines and billing and the product is top notch ! Had to order some accessories later and Marco was super helpful in helping place the order as I was facing some issues validating the address. Very happy overall!

Like many people considering a big purchase, I did my homework — Reddit, forums, you name it. The recurring concerns were slow shipping and patchy customer support. I want to share my experience because the positive stories often go untold.

The shipping quote on the online store was way off. I reached out to Speediance Australia and Mark sorted out a much better deal for me straight away.

I placed my order on Wednesday afternoon and it shipped the next day, arriving in Perth by Monday — 5 days including a weekend. For a machine this size travelling across the country, I couldn't believe how fast it came.

I've since set it up, completed the strength assessment, and so far it's been great. Mark and the Australian team absolutely deserve the recognition.

I ordered a family package gm2 recently from the australian site and loved how easy the whole process was, I read that shipping was a well known problem with speediance however I received all components within a week of placing my order. Have been using the machine for the last 2 weeks and Ive managed to consistently workout almost everyday. It's a huge investment but I can see the value now, its so convenient not having to change weights in the traditional sense and it saves your energy to focus on the actual workout

The machine has been great, both my wife and I enjoy using it and having it at the convenience of home is a game changer. But the service I recently experienced with Ray when I had a small problem with the machine has been next level; very responsive, very helpful and I was able to diagnose and fix the problem myself. Much appreciated, thanks Ray!

The machine is amazing. Its very easy to set up, literally unbox and plug it in. The programs are fantastic and there are great functions like partner training allowing you to train with a partner and record results individually.
Essentially having a full gym at home that takes up barely any space is fantastic. The feed back you receive is great and keeps you motivated.

Fantastic piece of equipment! Compact, Sturdy and built to last. The after sales service I have experienced has been fantastic!

Speediance have cracked the code and made going to the gym so simple and effective. It is the one-stop-shop for all of my workouts and I don't even have to leave the comfort of home. The tech is very advanced and speakers are loud! They have literally thought of everything.

The Gym monster 2 is a great machine we have been using it regularly and its workouts are hard. Its like having a personal trainer at home. We had an issue that Mark solved straight away. Its got great after sales support.

I had issues trying to purchase my order due to my rural location and they were able to resolve it quickly. After purchase, they ensured I had access to additional information regarding how to properly use the equipment.

Customer service is very responsive and helpful. When we experienced a software issue, the issue was resolved promptly. They even sent out replacement cables when we enquired about doing preventative maintenance on our machine.

Everything from the demo (with Marco in the UK) and ordering, shipping and delivery (with Ray U in Australia) - Speediance has exceeded all our expectations. It is an excellent design quality and finish. We really enjoy it and getting a lot of use out of it. This is the future of home workouts

Loving this product and the supportive community behind it. I had to choose between buying more standard equipment and the Speediance for my gym and although the Speediance was a bigger investment, it is well worth it for the extra features.

This machine is a massive game-changer for me. While nap trapped at home with my baby, I couldn't get to the gym often because life was unpredictable. Now with the Gym Monster 2, I can train so easily at home while the baby is asleep. Plus, my husband is now sold, and our 7yr son too. It is a family experience. Love, love, love

The machine itself is excellent, very versatile. While some people online haven't had great experience with the US service, the support in Australia has been incredible. I had a couple of parts wear (due to heavy usage) and they replied within a day and got replacements to me. Excellent communication, great response, super helpful.
