In the end, the car was picked up and delivered. The driver was prompt, and careful. Davin was energetic, maybe too much so. He was very difficult to understand, speaking too rapidly for proper diction and enunciation. He represented that he had a driver when he didn't. Several promised dates came and went. The original commitment was for a total $595. I ended up paying $900 and took 18 days.

Scott was the guy who handled this transaction for me , I needed 2 cars picked up at 2 different locations and everything went smoothly and on time. I would definitely use Scott again.

I recently tried to use Speedo to transport my son’s vehicle from Florida to Georgia but unfortunately due to shortage of drivers they were unable to provide the service when needed. But customer service and communication was Excellent. Simon did his due diligence and prepared my order and continued communicating the status of my order, Devin from the dispatch team also did his best to get the delivery processed but had no luck to provide service the day needed. I requested Simon a refund and with no questions asked he submitted the request to his billing team and expecting to receive funds back soon. I will try their service some other time. Thank you Simon Smith and Devin for providing good customer service.

Excellent same day service. I recently used Speedo to transport my son's vehicle from Massachusetts to Florida and it was a success. I emailed James Ron about providing a transport the same day and by 630 later that day, the vehicle was picked up. Great customer service and he stayed in the office until the job was completed.
