Speed Ticket Beaters Beware
They were good with answering emails and my questions. But after going to court in Chesterfield County Virginia is tough! The officer had a binder with everything in it was up to date etc. Also my main Defense the Judge agreed to and he wanted to know if I wanted to continue as briefs would have to be filed? I did not know the process but I will say everything I was sent did not do my much good. I did gain a better understanding of how RADAR works. Do NOT get stopped in Chesterfield County in Virginia! The Police have been trained to run it correctly and they follow calibration pre and post.
Then the Officer offered since I did not have any previous tickets to see if I could attend Driving School. As a result I will gain 2 points back on my license with no impact on me paying the ticket or increased insurance rates. The Judge agreed to not impose the fine at all no points only court costs.
I put a lot of time reviewing the info that was sent to me regarding how to address dismissal which I did not get. I got a pass with Driving School since I had a good record with no accidents. So sad to say I could of just showed up and taken driving school as an option.
If I had to do it again I would hire an attorney. My time is worth more. Most Attorneys charge 200 to 300 to represent me. Wish I had checked I would of just hired the attorney.

THIS PERSON STOPPED HIS CASE TOO EARLY.
Our package includes instructions on how to appeal and win, and this person did not complete the full court process including appeal, which is sometimes required (like in the case) to win.
This person also incorrectly determined that a lawyer would have charged then $200-300, when in reality a lawyer would have charged them $500-600, and only gotten them a reduction, not a dismissal.
This person also doesn't realize that the cop having paperwork with him, does not mean he can't be beaten. He could easily have still been beaten there, or on appeal.
This person also likely would not have gotten a zero fine outcome if they had not used the materials we provide, to at least the extent that they did.
This person should have realized we saved them a lot of money, and using our defense to completion would have fully eliminated all aspects.

This is a review of the companies customer services, and not a review of their services provided. I made an inquiry to this company, when I needed services for a traffic ticket. Prior to them calling me I handled the ticket myself. I received a call from the company and told them what I had done. The person on the phone proceeded to denigrate me on the phone telling me that I had made the wrong decision and didn't know what I was doing. He also made a false claim that because of my decision that my insurance would automatically go up $900/yr. After the tirade he quickly hung up before I could respond. I then got an email about how they can sometimes be sarcastic or direct on the phone, which sometimes leads to negative reviews online. I let them know that they just initiated me submitting another negative review. Their response was threats of legal retribution for defamation, because I didn't actually use their services. Very unprofessional.

We commend this person for doing something most of our fake reviewers (like him) never do... He acknowledged that he's not actually a customer, did not buy or use our service, knows nothing about its effectiveness/how it works, and revealed that he's written a baseless/useless review.

Refused to buy services: Belligerent Rep
I didn't purchase their services based on several reasons: 1) all of the negative reviews; 2) the company claiming that every negative review is fake; 3) the rude phone rep; 4) the threatening email claiming they'll sue me if I post a negative review bc I didn't purchase their services and can't review their services (not reviewing their services: reviewing my interaction with the rep); 5) claiming their customers are "repeat" customers; 6) cost and failure to honor their alleged guarantee.
Every company is going to have some negative reviews, as it is impossible to make every single customer happy. No matter how hard a business may try, it will have upset or unsatisfied customers. By claiming that every negative review is fake and falsified, they are not being honest. If they can't be honest about this, then I can't trust anything they say.
My second primary reason for not purchasing their services is the rude agent on the phone. As soon as I started asking questions to address my concerns, he became rude and belligerent, and immediately disconnected the call. The majority of potential customers seeking a new service with an unknown company is going to have concerns and questions. A good business owner and representatives can professionally address those concerns. A good product sells itself. But the sellers are the ones who turn away those customers.
Repeat customers? If the information provided is adequate and comprehensive, as it should be, clients would not need to pay for more information the next time they receive a ticket. Hence, stating that they have many repeat customers suggests that the information provided is not of high caliber.
Lastly, cost & guarantee. High cost of almost $300 with an alleged guarantee. The website claims a full refund if it doesn't work. Nonetheless, there are several reviews on various platforms that reference paid clients sharing their experience of the company refusing to issue a refund in accordance with their policy.
Update: I knew this world be flagged as fraud. It's a real review. They flag every negative review.
Proof: he told me to go to the clerk and ask for a bench decision, which would extend the court date. Then he said to ask the judge for verification of evidence. If pictures were allowed, I'd post screenshots of the emails.

Couldn't be more pleased…
Couldn't be more pleased with the service. When I'm in the wrong, I pay. In this case, it was a questionable ticket and I didn't feel right paying it. I followed the specific instructions EXACTLY and was absolutely shocked to see not only my case dismissed, but without my needing to even go into court. What a GODSEND. These guys saved me a cross-states trip and a day of missed work. Absolutely stellar.

$350 Joke
$350 for court cases and common defense knowledge you can locate online for free - as I learned the hard way. Paid the money, then received the documents for my defense. Literally items I could have found, and advice I could have gotten from the neighborhood-friendly Reddit. Nothing groundbreaking as I had hoped.
Oh! And if you request a refund, you get a lengthy dissertation when a short, polite email would accomplish the same goal without leaving a sour taste in your mouth. So 2 for 1 deal of being d*cks and a waste of money. I got a partial refund but still, ick. Moral of the story - save your money for actual attorneys. Lesson learned :(

The representative over the phone was very aggressive and rude at the end of the call because I was not gonna give him $299 over the phone when I didn’t know anything about this business. I’m glad I didn’t because the reviews are not great. I don’t see any good reviews. All I see is bad reviews. I got a phone call from an attorney in town $50 to take care of my speeding ticket and get it down to a parking ticket with no traffic school. I stopped to pay the fine of $150 but only $50 for their help thank you. I’m so glad I waited. I’m so tired of these men trying to rip me off I’m tired of it

I received prompt attention from my request for help. Once we spoke, I received an extensive strategy for defense by email with complete and comprehensive instructions on how to proceed at the hearing. Before the actual hearing took place I was asked how I intended to plead. I indicated I would be pleading not guilty. I was escorted to meet with the prosecutor who I spoke with and told I had what I thought, was a robust defense and he offered to reduce the ticket to a non moving violation. I paid a fine far less than the speeding ticket and did not receive any points. This was a worthwhile investment.

Integrity starts from the first interaction, regardless of is services were retained.
I already know that I will receive the copied and pasted response about this review being "FAKE AND INVALID" because I didn't use the services. But part of a company's integrity should be based on how they treat people, whether services were rendered or not. They called me and I missed the call. I then got an email (in call caps - similar to half their responses) stating that I "hung up" on them and would no longer be getting the services asked for. I'm fine with that because, in the time it took them to get back to me, I had already hired someone else. I just found the email very unprofessional having been written literally in all caps and with several grammatical errors. Plus, there is a very big difference between hanging up on someone and just not getting the call. So, speedticketbeaters.com, so ahead and copy and paste your "this person didn't use our services and therefore has no right to an opinion of how they were treated" response.
EDIT: And there it is, as predicted. For the record, I never once called them a scam, but they felt the need to defend themselves against being a scam a total of five times throughout our interaction. Pretty sketchy. They also can't spell the word "successful".

Got a phone call from them
Got a phone call from them. The guy was very rude fast talking trying to scare me into using this service told me to make a one time payment the day I was on the phone talking to him or if not, I can make a payment before the weekends saying all negative things that the judge will neglect, but it’s all lies. I recommend people to not use this company at all. I think it’s a scam.

The guy responded, I act like I didn’t submit a request for a phone call and I stated no that is not why I sound the way I do; I am taken by your rudeness and the man said well lose your case then hung up. This company needs to learn how to respectfully speak to people and what professionalism is when dealing with potential clients. I wouldn’t dare spend any money with such an unprofessional company.

BASIS FOR DETERMINATION: The "review" was written by a person who did not actually USE the service they "reviewed". We are not saying this person did not call or interact with us by phone or email. What we are saying is that this person did not use the services we provide. Therefore this person is in NO POSITION to post a "REVIEW" of a service they did not actually use. Calling or emailing a company and "not liking them", does not provide any knowledge for a "reviewer" to know if a service actually works, WHEN IT IS USED. Again, this person may have contacted us, but they did not USE the service. So, they CANNOT be taken seriously as a "reviewer" of whether or not our service actually works when used.
FURTHER DETAILS:
Simply calling (or emailing) a company and not liking them (on the call or email), does not constitute "using" a service.
For example: If you entered a restaurant and immediately walked out, because you did not like the host/hostess at the front desk... You would not be in a position to post a review claiming the "food is bad", because you would not know if the food's bad.
IN SUMMARY:
Speedticketbeaters has been in business since 2004 handling an incredible number of tickets over the 20 years we've been in business. 20 years is a long time to keep "a scam" going, so obviously it is not "a scam".
It is important that you read reviews, from people that actually USED THE SERVICES they "review". Their "review" you just read is fraudulent because it is written by a person who did not USE the service and therefore is in no position to accurately review the company.
