Developed a 15+ year old film for me, they were very quick and quality was good.

I've took a look at some of these negative reviews on here and the responses. I can honestly say, hand on heart that this company will do their up best and beyond when it comes to service and communication. I have never had an issue with services or communication from these guys and have ALWAYS received a fantastic service.

To see old memories printed out is not only a great feeling but a fun time to be had with family when sitting there and going through them all. This was a very old film and Speedy produced excellent photos from it.

My 3rd time using this company for disposable camera processing and printing. Each and every time they deliver as expected. Although this time they exceeded expectations and i received my order quicker than usual.

Used their photo restoration service for a really old picture of my grandparents, and I couldn’t believe the difference. The photo was discolored and damaged, but they brought it back to life so beautifully. It’s now framed in our living room. The staff was lovely and explained the whole process clearly.

Great service. I popped in with a few slides i needed transferring to digital, I was in a bit of a rush as it was for a funeral memorial. Speedy by name aspeedy by nature. Great value and service. What more could you want..

I placed an order online to have three cameras developed. A message appeared on screen saying that my payment was unsuccessful, upon checking my bank account I realised that the money had been taken out of my account. I proceeded to check my emails, no order confirmation had been sent to my self.

I then contacted speedy prints via telephone and was told that they will resend order confirmation. A few hours passed and no order confirmation had been sent to myself.

I sent a message via their website to which no one responded and they still have not responded almost 72 hours later.

I was forced to claim this money back through my bank.

I understand that companies can have issues and that things sometimes do go wrong. All you needed to do was honour what you said you was going to do eg- send order confirmation. Communication from yourselves would have gone a long way.

This will be my go to person for everything in developing photos no1 in price customer service together brilliant !!!

Always great service

We have used them a few times to print both U.K. and U.S. passport photos. We had a last minute change to a photo to be printed, which they were happy to amend which was greatly appreciated! The photos are always printed and mailed quickly too.

Brilliant service!
Lots of emails updating me every step of the process.
Also a refund for part of the fee as I paid for the wrong size film, my mistake and they automatically refunded me.

Good service quality of prints good price was fair

It is very convenient to email documents prior to my attendance to pick up copies. I even got a confirmation email today stating the copies are ready

I lost my mum this summer, and looking through her things, we found 31 reels of film, some older than 18 years old, looking for the best way to get so many developed, I found speedy prints online and it has great reviews , and they have definitely lived up to them. great communication, great price, speedy 3 day delivery, well packed. and it only took 6 days to develop 31 films, from the day they received them, to them posting them back. the pictures came out better than I thought, considering there age. I am very happy with speedy prints and would use them again, and would definitely recommend to a friend.

All done in good time, the film was very old but the photos printed ok ish. I didn’t expect good quality

Speedprint and Vincent produced an excellent outside sign for our office which is now backlit and looks great
