The service itself was excellent. The form was unfortunately rather clunky, but the manager I spoke to guided me through.

Excellent service, from my first call in the afternoon on a Wednesday to first enquire the service was great from the man on the phone. we very quickly had a quote which was really easy to book and confirm. payment link was immediately sent and again was so easy. Our courier arrived in perfect time to collect the parcel, he was in fact a little early which was amazing. I got multiple updates of the parcel and couriers progress and parcel was delivered in great time. Courier was also super friendly. We booked with them as we were let down by a large courier service, which im glad because now we know about these guys they will be our go to courier. thank you so much!

Misled over vehicle type used. Booked bike and recieved van, as a result delivery failed as courier arrived too late. Motorboke courier was requested for this reason! Not advised of vehicle type. Penalised by the Speedys inability to provide service required.

Cancelled without calling

Got me out of a very large hole.

Would I use them again, 100%, absolutely bang on.

Make sure you read the small print and complete online booking form with all items to collect!
Driver called to complain of road closures then charged extra for collection and time for loading, despite getting help from staff.
Driver also complained that they didn't realise amount of stock to move despite calling to explain when getting a quote prior to booking.

Very efficient, and timed. Super great experience.
