asked for a price, having given a postcode but when i came to pay, suddenly i was given a 'remote location fee' which added 50% to the price. Sack that, called an uber. Arrived faster, could track it. Job done.

Very helpful phone operator who guided us through the procedure to use courier, and then the pick up and delivery of second set of keys was first class and very professional, hopefully wouldn't have to use again but if needed we wouldn't hesitate

Be careful of the quote
I was given a quote which was comparable to 2 others I sourced. Once booked and paid for I received an additional "rural" charge that I had to pay before the job was secured making them more expensive than other quotes. This extra charge only came at 4.30 the night before pick up leaving me few options to find a new courier. Having said that, the service was then excellent, pick up just before 9am in a van that delivered direct to destination in good time

Great service, on time, very helpful, definitely would use again over one of the so called national companies plus very patient considering I gave them slightly a different post code to the one it should have been, can’t fault them one bit

I needed same day delivery for an engagement ring. I communicated with customer service effortlessly. They even gave me a bespoke service necessary for what I required during pick up. The package came in an obvious jewelery bag and the driver even covered it up so my partner wasn't aware of what it was during delivery apon my request. Absolute diamond!
