Basic online ordering platform
It's a basic online ordering platform. The only advantage is the DHL delivery across Germany. The moment you come to things like customer service or ease of use, it really disappoints you big time. Use only if there is no option to go to a store, guess in bigger cities it should be avoided as you can get the same item at a lot cheaper price too.

Excellent Product array of Spices and perfect delivery timelines.
Spice Village has a wide array of Products including South Indian and North Indian Spices and trusted delivery methods. The products were well packaged and very professionally delivered.

All the items came in good condition…
All the items came in good condition and on time. However, I got a whole bunch of unripe plantains even though I ordered 2 bunches of ripe ones.

The parcel took a little longer to…
The parcel took a little longer to arrive than we had anticipated but this is undoubtedly attributable to the Covid pandemic., it arrived safely, well packed and with everything we had ordered.

Poor packaging
I ordered maggi and due to poor packing, all the maggi strands were broken down to almost powder form. Really disappointed
