Do not waste your money
Utter sham of a product. Doesn’t work. Icing on the cake is you’re automatically put on a subscription without an email explaining this or warning you of this. When contacting ‘customer support’ don’t bother. Utterly useless. I’m very angry. Avoid it
They will not honor their full refund policy. I told them it didn't do anything but make me dizzy and wanted a refund. The maximum refund they offered was 80%, even after showing them the full 100% refund policy on the site.
Bought 2 packets my partner and i tried them and not a single thing besides looking for water as they are hot as shit like chillie. Gave some to a friend and her partner same thing . They did nothing at all . Do not buy these at all big scam and no effect at all .DO NOT BUY THESE. VERY DISAPOINTED
Big scam! They just keep reordering on your behalf, when I emailed them all a sudden I got loads of notifications saying order placed, expected delivery, item dispatched.. one after the other then the next day I received an email saying “sorry we can’t do anything with this order as it’s already been dispatched! But we can offer you 20% if you continue your subscription with us” (the one I don’t remember signing up for) supposed to be a one off purchase, also been a week and still haven’t received this “already dispatched” order!
