I deposited £20 via PayPal recently
I deposited £20 via PayPal recently. When this didn't register in my account I contacted their team who told me they hadn't received the funds and to contact PayPal. Paypal said the payment had gone through. When I tried logging on again to Spinandwin they had suspended my account and refused to engage with me further.
Some trust has now been restored, with me now being able to log in to my account (a month later) and seeing the £20 there. However, given their error and suspending my account, I'd have thought they'd have informed me of this.

Well I love the site. It’s ok. I stake low and have a good time on here. They have masses of games to choose from. It’s all about enjoying your self. You win some days n not others, it’s gambling . I win a bit and withdraw it and play with what I’ve left. Just withdrawing £10 is a bonus if you don’t spend much, but even small stakes give good payouts when I’m on a winning streak. 10p stake and won £100 I nearly fell over. So withdrew it and played with what I’d left lovely. I just relax n play till my moneys gone or dosent. Theirs nothing wrong with the site to me.

I have been trying now for 2 weeks to close account, sent 2 complaint emails, live chat keeps me waiting around 10 minutes and then cuts me off
I have contacted the gambling commision about this and they have said they will reply shortly on how they will go about this

Just deposited £10 and gave me a £10 bonus it let me play with my own funds but bonus money never popped up at all and then got logged out after I span my own money and could not log back on!! Absolute scam do not deposit!!!

Dick Turpin was more respectable…
I put my initial £10 in and saw that I had a £10 bonus in the account too....as advertised. After going through my £10 I saw that my bonus wasn't popping up and assumed I probably needed to have a more in depth look later and so I paid another £10 in. Of course I lost this too. I looked and looked at how I could use my £10 bonus but there was no way to use it and unhelpful/ inaccurate FAQ help. I went on chat help and " Hannah" came on after a 20 minutes wait. She looked in my account and said there was no £10 bonus there. I said that there definitely was . She advised me to photo shot it and send it by email to their support section. Lo and behold , when I went back into my account the £10 was GONE! This is a con and theft. You sneaky, underhand creepy crooks. This is not a mistake. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask. Hannah ..you should be ashamed of yourself. I hope they're paying you at least the minimum wage.

When you complain that your games are…
When you complain that your games are not working right, and you keep geting logged out and you get a chat operator asking you if u agreed to a 10 pound bonus,which they know i did, but to then have same issues playing games,when asked her if she knew games was not working right I was then told my account was going to be blocked and safer gambling involved
The point here is they let me deposit knowing games was nit working correctly, kept going off. Loging me out, still gave me a 10 pound bonus knowing this,appaling patronising chat hosts,I was even told its frustrating and because I was asked to do some work I was not happy, who are these hosts,rude and obnoxious
Can't believe a site thst has issues makes players feel like it's there fault, site needs closing down and sorting out,I used yo enjoy this site but when they won't admit yo technicall issues then there's a problem here
