I created my account yesterday and have already deposited $200. I was betting only $0.80 to $1.00 per spin, but I had nothing but dead spins with almost no bonuses or winning moments. It felt very unfair, and the RTP seems extremely low, with very little return to players.
To make matters worse, customer service wasn’t very helpful. Overall, this was a very disappointing first experience, and I won’t be playing here My experience with Spindoo.us was extremely disappointing.
After multiple purchases, I requested a refund because I was unhappy with my experience. Instead of addressing my concerns, the company permanently closed my account and sent me a message suggesting I seek help from a mental health professional, as if I had a gambling problem.
At no point did I say I had a gambling addiction or that I had been diagnosed with any gambling disorder. I requested permanent account closure because I was dissatisfied with the platform—not because I needed self-exclusion for gambling issues.
When I followed up about my refund, they simply quoted their Terms of Service stating that refunds are not provided under any circumstances, without addressing the concerns I had raised or considering my request individually.
As a customer, I expected my concerns to be taken seriously. Instead, I felt dismissed, stereotyped, and left without any meaningful resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform.

Thank you too all the folks that left a review warning others about these crooks. I use too see a 4.2 and think yeah this is a good place. Not anymore because i have started reading the 1 star reviews. If everyone is consistent with the way they are being screwed then you can bet its a scam casino. Us players are tierd of getting fkt. You crooked pos take and take with your rigged games and if someone actually gets lucky with a win you do everything possible to delay their redeem. I have been finding where the crooked ones operate out of and getting the gaming authorities on then. Also there are a lot of lawyers on fb that are taking people's cases for free. I have successfully got money back from 5 different casinos and all i had to do is show proof of purchase.

Spindoo let me hit one time as soon as i started to play, and havent hit since. Ive spent hundreds on the site. Its very clear to me what their idea of "fair gaming" is.
They do pay out, abd have fast customer service. But just know you can absolutely tell the games do not hit the same. Ive played every single day for 3 months and havent hit since the first week I started. Good luck
