Any pathetic company that has to resort to buying fake reviews to counter the terrible 1 star rating they ACTUALLY have, and worse, send CONSTANT OBSESSIVE DESPERATE fraudulent emails several times a day saying you have "free SC/Free scratch card/etc..." when its a complete lie, to desperately try and get someone to give them money, deserves to be scorched and shut down immediately.

This is a real and legit site. I’ve been playing on here for a few weeks. Just waiting on support to get back to me. I uploaded a discover debit card for withdrawal and found out from my bank that discover debit cards don’t support immediate transfers/debit card deposits. So I emailed support and asked them to delete my card on file and allow me to upload another for redemption. It’s just taking a while for them to get back with me. If you are waiting to hear back from them too, just be patient. They will eventually get to your email and help you. Loving the site so far. Slot games are not tight and actually pay out. They have all the newest and best games that the other sites are offering as well. They have multiple options to buy coins with the deception that you are buying a "prime" deal of coins. Only to find out the coins are given over a period of time. This is not disclosed at purchase. The site and games do not pay out. Absolute joke.

Spinfinite isn’t responding to my multiple requests for help, in the beginning they communicated great, it now seems like they are ignoring anyone that needs help. Super disappointing.

Didn't used to be that bad until they decided that I had profited too much, then they shut off my purchases. Now I can't redeem what I had because its below the threshold. Tried reaching out, no response, ghosted me.

Please do NOT EVER use this website they will lock up your account when you win and try to redeem and once you reach out the their customer service team they will just repeat the same thing every response; "please send me over a screenshot of the error on your account" and once you do that they will just straight up ignore you for weeks on end. These people do not care about their customers AT ALL. If you want to play a real social casino just try crown coins or Wow Vegas

Spinfinite casino is the worst casino I’ve ever played on! They robbed me in a couple ways. They weren’t paying out on some of my winning spins and I swear I was playing .10 cents a spin and win I hit spin,.10 cents was deducted and when the reels stopped spinning they took another .10 cents. Idk how anyone else hasn’t noticed this. Sometimes they would take .20 even .30 cents a spin when im only betting .10 cents. And they dont have a live chat so I could tell them so I had to email them demanding my money back it I haven’t and doubt I’ll even get a response. CROOKS!!!!

Edit: i still have YET to recieve a response via email! I sent a screenshot of how i didnt have anything in my player account & i did in fact pay for $50 to play... needless to say ill never play on this site again. Signed up and purchased welcome offer which was a good promotion my winnings from purchase has been lingering for a week and half and although I been through all redemption verification and been completed on all I received email saying I was out of pending stage and my winnings should be in my account within 24hrs that was 48hrs ago I wrote customer support on a general question about transaction history 5days ago no response no follow ups nothing I would definitely reconsider if you're thinking of trying this site as I have not yet to see my redemption or reply! You'd like to think with all the competitor platforms available that redeem your account immediately or within 24hrs they would at least have the dignity to keep in contact and inform you of what's going on

I have consistently experienced positive and transparent interactions. While I have received multiple payouts, a specific instance on April 13th, 2026, involved a win of $404, which resulted in a redemption of $500. Although the processing took a few days, the transaction was successfully completed.

Been with spinfinite since they started had its ups and downs but they seemed to get it figured out was a good site as long as you are giving your money and loosing more than your winning once u do they find a way to restrict your account anyway possible saying I reached my purchase limit of 1 dollar for the month it's now been 2 months and still says the same thing ive never set a purchase limit and sent sent 20 emails NO RESPONSE way to sketchy and to many other legit sites once u stop buying in they stop your daily bonus once u win more than u lose they just ignore you and find a way to restrict your account

I placed a withdraw a few weeks ago for 150 dollars.. they told me it would take up to 10 business days to receive it. I still have yet to receive the funds. I’ve emailed multiple times and have been ignored ever since the last time I emailed to figure out the problem.

Where to start? First, the app/site shows lots of games- but only like... 6 of them are actually available to play? And its not a regional thing- they just have a bunch of broken links that lead to a "[this game is currently unavailable]" landing page. The reels page works, except that you'll simply be scrolling between the same 5 games until the end of time... that issue aside, I went ahead and got the prime package, because it looked like a decent deal. It comes with a badge... and that's literally it. I made that purchase several days ago, now, and I haven't been able to collect anything from it. The same day I bought the prime package, I put in a request for redemption. For a few days, my account was locked up- I couldn't make a purchase because of my redemption request. I couldn't collect any bonuses because of my withdrawal request. I logged on this morning to see if anything had changed, and lo and behold, the redemption request has disappeared. There's no indication that the request ever happened, except the various emails I've sent to customer service with no response from them whatsoever. And- it's not that they NEVER respond- they'll respond to things that don't implicate them in these and other various R.I.C.O. offenses.... in total, I've lost well over $200 to this scam...

I'm trying to redeem money I won.it wAs my first time I played.well I logged in and my Google had saved the log in info and the email I used was from a very long time ago.ive been asking for weeks now through email to please change my email to my current..all I get back from them is a thank you and if I wish to talk about anything else I can reply back in the same email and they promise to read everything I wrote..like what the heck does that mean..so I'm fully verified and can't redeem cuz they won't fix the email as of today I'm feeling like they don't want me to redeem.this stinks.how can I verify my email if they won't change it.

I submitted a redemption in march, it said it was processed and would arrive in my account in 24 hours. Here it is April 6th and still never showed up in my account
