Spinrollz hat zum zweiten Mal die Zahlung auf mein Konto zurück genommen. Dass erste mal soll skrill abgebrochen haben was nach meinen Recherchen nicht der Fall war. Dass zweite mal gab es keine Begründung. Ich versuche es jetzt ein drittes mal. Ich bin gespannt was jetzt passiert. Ich werde mich wieder melden.

I made a deposit with BTC on 13.03.2026 and 14.03.2026 The money has not yet arrived in the account. I have provided documentation from Binance and blockchain that shows that the transaction has been confirmed and sent to the BTC address on my account at Spinrollz. Live support only comes with a standard response every time I have contacted them. "This has been forwarded to the right department and they are looking into the matter." They tell me that I have to send them an email which I have done 6 times already, but they claim that they have not received them. Then I got someone in support to send me an email that I could reply to. I added myself to the copy and sent all the documentation and explanation there. I got the email sent (since I was on the copy) but they had not received it. Very strange, especially when I read in several of the comments here that this is a problem.. So what does it take to get your money back?? Here you clearly don't get the money you deposit!! Even though I have all the documentation that proves that I sent the money and to the correct BTC address that the account has!

Avoid this casino and keep the money for yourself!
