Had a system issue and wasn’t credited a bonus. It was resolved fairly. Does take them some time to respond. Only reason they didn’t get 5 stars. Be patient with them.

Verification problems. I’ve used my Apple Pay for purchases. Everything else verified but can’t seem to get ahold of customer service. It’s been 7 days and I can’t seem to get verified using Apple Pay. They send the same bot response about taking a picture of the front and the back of a card. But it’s a virtual card. They keep rejecting even after sending a bank statement that clearly shows I’ve only made 3 purchases off there site using Apple Pay. So I’m assuming I won’t be getting my winnings because no one is helping or responding to my email.

I am writing to document a recent experience with Spinszy that has been both disappointing and unnecessarily burdensome. When an internal error occurs, it is standard practice for a company to offer appropriate accommodations — whether that means correcting the issue promptly, adjusting timelines, or providing a fair remedy that acknowledges the inconvenience caused. In this case, that has not yet happened.

I am hopeful that Spinszy will take this matter seriously and provide a resolution that reflects professionalism, transparency, and respect for its customers. Until then, my experience remains far below the standard advertised.
