Some of the crystal were a little smaller than I thought they would be but over all I'm still happy with my order.

I bought the grand package which is $97. I gor maybe $30 of crystals. Shards of quartz...nothing grand...nothing bigger than 1 inch...no where near worth what I paid. And I cant see a way to cancel...so I'm probably fuxked

I made a $40 purchase and I was charged $40 for shipping. Customer service told me they charge five dollars per pound on average for shipping. When I received my order and weighed it the result came to 1.9 pounds. I contacted them to tell them I wanted a refund. they offered to refund $15. When I told them that was not satisfactory, they did raise it to $20. Right now I am waiting to see if they will offer the $30 or not. This has been a process that I shouldn’t have to have experienced.
One day after this was published, they contacted me and offered to refund the $30 shipping to me.

Absolutely garbage service...stay away do not buy from here!!!!!!!! I placed an online order, for a few hundred dollars too, they eventually posted it after a couple of weeks, to the wrong address!! I let them know immediately, they respond that's ok we'll just send you another one....still nothing, I emailed again, asking if they had sent the replacement package, no......they responded just keep an eye on the tracking number. I replied, it's the wrong address, it doesn't matter about tracking, i won't be able to receive it anyhow, I've asked twice now for a full refund...they keep saying thanks for your patience, and watch the tracking no 🙄🙄🙄🙄! These people are dishonest, they're happy to take your order and money, then just keep thanking you for your patience. The worst service yet, stay well clear of these people.

I do not recommend ordering anything from SpiritMagicka.net because they do not honor their Refund Policies, that are clearly posted on their website. Shipping did not happen within 24 to 48 hours as posted on their website even though I paid the extra fee for faster shipping.
My request to Cancel the Order did not happen either because they said the package was already in their processing area. I only asked for cancelation because the shipping was slower than described. Once Spirit Magicka Support refused to cancel my order, I started researching the company reviews and found several other customers with complaints..
Dealing with their Customer Service was a waste of my time. Just file a dispute with your card company and let them manage the refund. It goes quickly once you send your card company a copy of the Refund Policy posted on their website and email copies of ALL correspondence with Spirit Magicka Customer Support.
I requested a Return Shipping Label three times before Spirit Magicka Customer Support told me to keep the items. I do not want the items because they are manufactured replicas of minerals and quartz crystals.
They stalled on the replying to the dispute with my card company. They neglected to mention any of the prior email exchanges I had with them over a 3-week period while trying to return ALL items. Instead, Customer Service sent a copy of the shipping label that showed delivered to my card company. They conveniently omitted that I requested a Shipping Return Label but instead of sending one they told me to keep the items in the order. Spirit Magicka Support also suggested that I cancel my dispute with my card company so they could process my refund quickly, I have copies of all my CORRESPONDENSE WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS. They offered RAINBOW fluorite and I ordered two of the tall crystal spears. They sent two spears mainly BLACK GLASS with DARK GREEN bands. They are NOT the crystals advertised. They are SLAG GLASS!!! This seller is a BAIT & SWITCH thief!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO. Or, BE SURE to use a payment option that will fight to get your money refunded when you are BITTERLY disappointed at being CHEATED.

They scammed me out of crystals and when I confronted them they asked if I wanted my crystals or my money back. I just wanted my crystals and they sent me crystals I didn't even pay for or want. A big warning to anyone who is thinking about purchasing from here. There is no phone number or address of this business so if you want to report it you can't, they are really shady and sneaky, but guess what God sees everything you didn't get away with it. Never again will I purchase anything from here and they still try to get back in by sending my emails no means no get the heck away from me.

I was interested in learning more about crystals, how to cleanse and charge them, and their different usages. I saw a facebook ad for a highly discounted course offered by this company, but buyer beware! The course is so full of AI generated nonsense, it's not their own content they are selling. On top of that, after diving into the crystals they sell I noticed they do not say specifically where the crystals they are selling come from. They will have a description of where the crystals can be found in nature but never where THEIR specific crystals come from. I learned from other customers this is because their "crystals" are actually man made "artificial crystal ornaments" that all come from China. They are intentionally selling glass painted specimens advertised as naturally occurring crystals from the Earth. A very dishonest company commoditizing a nature-focused market into more cheap, Chinese manufactured capitalist nonsense.

This is a scam!
I bought the monthly subscription box. I received a t&t but after over 2 weeks the parcel hasn't left the warehouse. They kept saying it did and weren't very coöperative. At that moment I knew something was wrong. After multiple mails they finally 'cancelled' my subscription and after pushing some more they told me they would refund the first payment. I only got half my money back from what I paid and they won't do anything about it. I also just noticed that the monthly paypal subscription was still active. I knew I couldn't trust them. Don't buy from them!

I just bought crystal for $127.00 and they have not shown up.

DO NOT waste your money. This is a big scam. I spent almost $200 on tiny pebbles and fake crystals. I have never been more disappointed and upset with an online order.

I ordered a flower Blossom agate tower And it was Horrible, it looked like it had been broken in a million pieces. They glued it back together.
And then sold it to me. It's literally one of the worst pieces. I've ever bought in online very disappointment.

Bad crystals. Bad business.
Buyer Beware! What you see is not what you get. The pictures are either grossly enlarged or they do not ship the equivalent size or quality. I received much smaller, pea sized chips instead of actual stones.

I ordered about $150-$200 worth of crystals. They all came and were safely packaged. It did take a few weeks but regardless, I’m extremely happy with my order. These crystals are real and beautiful. The price was the best I could find that wasn’t borderline ridiculous because there is cheaper out there but no way can those be real. I will continue to order through this company.

I made an order, looked at reviews right after and told them cancel my order. They sent me a refund email so i didn't think anything of it. The day after, i received an email that my order had shipped so I emailed them and told them it was supposed to be cancelled. They said to turn the package when it came and reassured me that my card was refunded and I will see it as soon as my credit card company allows this. My credit card takes 2-3 days, one week tops. I took another look at the last 4 digits that it was "refunded" to and the card said 0000. No credit card has these last 4 digits. I have emailed them and inquired about this and now they are radio silent after responding very quickly previously. This company is a scam. I will be making a formal complaint wherever I can possible to avoid this happening to people in the future. My order number is 111959 if you are wanting to fix this.

All the crystals on this site are man made glass pieces, yet on the site they are marketing their products as if they were naturally grown from the soil of mother earth. This business doesn't even deserve 1-star, it is a straight up scam and rip off to buy from this website. I am making this review to warn other people that this site is not trustworthy at all.

I bought a water bottle with crystal and then I bought all the crystal inserts and when I tried to change the crystal insert with another I couldn't unscrew it and I tried hot water and nothing, also had my brother in law and his friends try nothing. I then wanted to return everything and they wanted to give me 80 dollars and I paid 194 dollars it was a hassle and finally got a email address to send it back and it costed me 45 dollars and still waiting for my money. The date is when I first emailed them and 4/28/23 is when I stopped after I emailed them with the tracking number.

The product I was received was low quality.. small pebbles… on top of not receiving my whole order… then refuse to refund the order… highly disappointed.. rip off… scam

beautiful crystals. way way better then i expected considering how little they charge.
