Expensive, slow and rubbish packaging
I paid £25 P&P for a 2-7 day delivery that took over 2 weeks to arrive, packaging was useless (bearing in mind one bottle of whiskey was over £150) and it's amazing that the two bottles arrived unscathed. DPD then just left them at my front door rather than doing as requested - all in all I would not use Spirits24 again

Shocking!
If you could zero stars then that’s what I would have given - shocking experiance with receiving my goods - took nearly a month to be delivered. Despite me chasing and emailing back and forth - was told 2-7 days and it eventually took 23 days to arrive by which time the gift I purchased for my brother now has to be shipped onward to NZ!!!

Before I ordered I read reviews and it seems it is quite common for item to take slightly longer than stated to be delivered, Mine also took a bit longer so be aware.
Customer services very quick to answer.

Was told delivery would be 2-7 days and…
Was told delivery would be 2-7 days and turned up two and half weeks later. Ignored the emails and eventually to replied to the second email. Ignore certain questions in the emails they don’t want to answer and have interest wanting to collect the item which I had to purchase from elsewhere as it took so long to arrive. Plus charged £25 for the slow delivery!!!

Great experience ordering unicum
The good:
So I first found this site from a group online. After looking it up I was a bit skeptical because there were some bad reviews. But I was desperate to get some authentic unicum, as you can’t purchase it in the US. So I decided to purchase some bottles & paid extra for fast FedEx shipping! My bottles arrived in under a week, nothing was damaged and all the bottles were the correct size.
The bad: I thought the site was based in the UK, but tracking & package originated from Slovenia. Their site said shipping was FedEx, but from the start my tracking was for DHL. Neither is a big deal as my order was speedy & accurate. Perhaps I don’t understand since it’s based in another country. The packaging was also a bit light and I was shocked that it kept my bottles secure, but I know international shipping is expensive & you have to cut on weight. But again nothing broke so it worked!
In the end I’m very happy! I’ve never written a review on trustpilot but I had to for this site. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Everything went great, except for a delay in feedback. Except for an automated order confirmation email, I didn't receive any notice until 5 days after I had placed my order.
