Customer service was very good but the quality of the items was awful!!

Both times i have ordered i have been very pleased with my order and if mistakes are made they are put right straight away .

Excellent products and customer service. I recently purchased my first items, and one of them was the wrong colour; they promptly apologised via email and quickly corrected the situation by sending the correct colour item. Excellent would definitely recommend.

Came across this website when I typed in womens oversized T-shirts on Google. I really love the unique designs and the edgy style, I’ve never seen anywhere else sell prints like this so I ordered 3 T-shirts and one hoodie. When they arrived (along with a free gift), I really liked the items however the sizing wasn’t right for me but I still wanted the items in another size. I contacted Splashy via email, and Dean was so helpful. He said if I send the items back I can do an exchange free of charge. I today received the items in the size I exchanged for, and I’m really happy. I also received a free gift (T-shirt). Dean was really helpful and always responded quickly. I highly recommend ordering from Splashy but one thing I will say is if you want the oversized look size up (I’m womens 8 and I got large).

So this website is a MUST go check it out! I'm telling you,you won't be disappointed. I rarely order off the internet but there's always something I NEED to buy! Couldnt recommend them enough! You'll not find another website or style vibes like this! So much to choose from I can garatuee you will be ordering! No matter your style I bet you come across more to suit you!!!

My daughters and I love the Splashy T shirts - great quality, wash well and have unique logos. The customer service at Splashy was exemplary… one of the T shirts I’d ordered was the wrong size and a wonderfully friendly advisor dealt with my problem promptly and efficiently, replacing the item immediately. Very happy!

Well its was all rather troublesome at first. The yellow t/shirt arrived eventually but it was huge,the green hulk might have got in it. Sent back the shirt asking for a smaller one.When the parcel arrived it was now orange and huge again. I told then I was not paying again for a mistake of theirs.I do believe some personal went on holiday leave and Dean took over to cover and BINGO I got the size I was asking for,I was over the moon.He was understanding ,pleasant, and a joy to purchase from, you need a few more personnel like him.I would hire him,,uses his brain, he's gold.Hope this helped.
