Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. Have been trying to return an item within the returns T & C's but they just ignore you. Frustrating is not even the word. Very poor communication, they say they will get back to you and they don't. Typical company where they are quick to take your money but not give it back. AVOID!!

Purchased the agility trainer set for home circuits. I wasn’t sure which to buy so I contacted Splay via their online chat and was impressed by their customer service. The person I spoke to helped to explain the different sets available and helped me complete my purchase. The delivery was quick and the product is great. Excellent value for money!

The cricket set is sturdy and the wicket fits together easily and soundly. The bat is weighty enough for adults and children to play together, and similarly the ball is heavy enough to make playing realistic.

I never received my product
I never received my product. They were slow to respond. Produced dubious evidence that it had been delivered and have ignored me since. Nice. Obviously I will never order anything from them again.
