Great customer service, excellent quality products.

Us bears think it is silly to ask a ooman about our new outfits. To be honest, we love them. Plenty of choice together with soft and comfortable fabrics. Also a good cut for extra puddings and snacks. We really do look the bears about town. So to all our bear mates wanting to look cool, this is a beary good firm. Plus they came very quickly.

Well packaged and arrived quickly. Great quality bears with good instructions. A really fun activity for my 6 year olds birthday party.

We ordered our own customised pack of bears for our Brownies end-of-term-party. From initial contact the whole process was seamless and any queries easily answered. It was an end of term treat for the Brownies to be able to make their own Easter bunny. Fairly easy for them to do unaided with supervision. We completed each stage as suggested. The bunnies are incredibly soft and cuddly. The girls also loved the birth certificate and bag. The leaders wished they had ordered enough bunnies for them too :-)

Great quality and easy to make, they were a huge hit! Came with everything we needed and lovely extra touch of some ideas to make the party extra special. Would highly recommend.

We ordered 22 bear kits with t-shirts as a special treat for our teddy-themed Brownie pack holiday, and the girls loved them - it was the highlight of our weekend! Everything arrived on time and was great quality, with easy-to-follow instructions. We'd definitely recommend.

What a great idea to have a teddy bear making party! In our case we had cats and dogs party! And we also bought clothing sets for each teddy that went as a pass the parcel and girls enjoyed dressing them! The company has been excellent in sending the parcel in no time and added extra things which was really nice. Thank you so much, I was impressed with the quality of toys and wished I got one for myself now!
