Bought a cat tag 3 years ago, it’s still in perfect condition. So I went back for one for my other cat, and two new collars. The tags are perfect, the collars are the best I’ve ever bought, they’re so soft and well made. Delivery was pretty fast too. Two very happy kitties, two very happy hoomans.

I have just had two bandana delivered from spoilt rotten pets and they are FANTASTIC they are well made with press studs so that they can’t be caught and there is a fleece lining so it’s soft next to my dogs throat. I will definitely shop withe this company and will go to them first. I am so happy with my bandanas.

I purchased a flashing cat collar, but it was unavailable. Instead, I received two Marvel-themed collars with a note apologizing and offering a refund if desired. I decided to keep both, knowing my cat wouldn't mind the change. The customer service was exceptional, and the delivery was incredibly fast. I ordered a flash cat collar and payed for it, but unfortunately it was out of stock, however i got sent 2 marvel cat collars instead along with a note apologising and stating that I was able to return both for a refund if I wished, however i kept hold of both collars as I'm sure my cat won't even know what collar he's wearing 🤣🤣 absolutely superb customer service and super speedy delivery, will definitely continue to use this company 😀 👍
