If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute joke of a company.
I purchased a Shimano reel - faulty - fell apart after 2 weeks. I contacted them and they told me to contact and go through a shop here in Ireland for the Warrenty. ( The shop has nothing to do with this company and couldn't believe they even suggested such bullshit) complete breech of their agreements with suppliers and customer rights.
I purchase lots of fishing gear and always try to support and positively review businesses but not this time unfortunately. Stay clear. Don't buy form here. 0 / 10

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience — that’s certainly not the standard we aim to provide.

To clarify, when you contacted us regarding your Shimano reel, we offered two warranty options to help resolve the issue as smoothly as possible. One option was to return the reel directly to us, which we would of course handle fully under warranty. The second option — suggested in line with Shimano’s own guidance — was to go through a local authorised Shimano dealer in Ireland, as this can often be a quicker and more convenient solution for customers.

We understand that this may have caused confusion, and we’re sorry if it came across the wrong way. Our intention was simply to provide you with the fastest possible resolution.

If your issue hasn’t been resolved yet, we’d really like the chance to make this right. Please feel free to contact us again and we’ll prioritise your case.

Everything has worked very well with the store. There was one complaint about a broken rod, which they didn't handle quite right. I had to deal with it myself with the manufacturer's representative in my country to get it sorted out.

All my other orders have gone smoothly, and I've placed quite a few of them.

Nopeat vie parhaat.

Ärsytti kun ne kerennyt heti maksaa tilausta loppuun ja korita hävisi 6 Shimanon vaappua.
Mutta ymärrän että nopeimat vie parhaat.
Mutta kuvittelin kun maksu kesken niin ne ei enään häviä korista sillä välin kun käyn syömässä.
Mutta ymmärän jos jotain jää vähingossa koriin niin se poistuu vaikka parin tunnin päästä.
Mutta oma moka, ensi kerralla tiedän että että en mene syömään kun vaimo huutaa. 😅
Muuten palvelu toiminut hyvin👍

Det var snabb orderhantering och leveransen skickades iväg snabbt.
Jag använde Budbee som transportör och efter 1 dag kom därifrån ett mejl om man ville få snabbare leverans så kunde man ändra lev.adressen men det såg bara konstigt ut och att det skulle ta längre så jag ändrade inte och varan levererades på utsatt dag iaf
