The fact that everytime when i put my money it quickly flew away without even winning a single cent i lost my R3700 this that was my last money for the month i didn't even have money for groceries BETWAY is the scam for real

Betway is a bunch of thieves I rand a test and deposited 2k in 4 different platforms Betway been one of them one of the platforms payed me very generously the other two was ok but Betway took everything not a single payout then I went further to deposit another 1k and still no payout they are thieves

Betway is a scam.
They take your money but when it comes to making a withdrawal it is impossible.
It has been 28 days since I tried to make a withdrawal and nothing.
Contact with Betway is impossible and everything is a robot.
Do not waist your money here.

This company closed my account for no reason and I have a balance owed to me. I have tried their “live chat” but it just says goodbye and stupidly asks for me to give them a review.

They owe me money but I can’t get it as they are based in Malta and it is not viable to sue them for a relatively small amount.

The gambling commission should revoke their licence

I registered on the site to have fun, went through complete verification, made a deposit and started betting
I was lucky and doubled my deposit, there was $ 1220 on the balance, I requested a withdrawal and started to wait
A few days later I try to enter my personal account, but my account was blocked!
I wrote in a chat, to which the employee replied that they had decided to confiscate all my money and accused me of fraud! Refusing to return even my deposit!
This is disgusting, instead of positive emotions, I got a complete disappointment!
Betway are scammers, as soon as you win the money, they will block you and steal all the money!

One star is too many. This company is causing me lots of trouble trying to withdraw winnings. They have had copies of my passport, driving licence, bank statement and credit card statement and still won’t pay my winnings despite all my documents matching details and dated from Jan 2020! Be very careful with Betway.

Bonjour, cela fait maintenant près de 3 semaines que j'ai fait une demande de retrait mais mon retrait est toujours en attente, betway me demande des documents à savoir mon permis de conduire et une facture portant mon nom et mon adresse. Ces documents ont été fournit en bonne et due forme dès le lendemain de ma demande, mais a chaque fois on me redemande ma facture pourtant tout a été produit, le service client est très lent ou peut être incompétent. Je suis inscrit sur d'autres site ces même documents ont été fournit et 24h après tout était bon. Je suis vraiment déçu de betway svp donné moi mon argent.

Once again not paying out the free bet promos they promise through e-mail... they owe me a 100$ free bet, and now make the excuse that the odds on the qualifying 50$ bet I made on the game did not qualify because the odds on the bet didn’t meet the 1.5 odds required. Although nowhere from this promotional e-mail is a link to this information, nor the information in the e-mail. This is sad... I bet that amount because I expected 100$ free bet, these people are thieves. Play 888.com or another reputable betting site. Steer clear from this betting site. Con artists.

I made a withdrawal of rs 50000 rs INR and on 22/09/2018 80000 INR rs ..

They said we required your documents to verify your account I sent him not once but thrice on to the Betway support team and also the Betway verification team..but still till date they do not paid my money and verified my account I think this gaming is very poor ..and cheap ..

Very poor service. Would not recommend. Very difficult to get your money back.

Terrible - Stole my disabled fathers winnings because he was unable verify himself clearly on the phone due to a speech impairment caused by his illness Multiple Sclerosis. "Customer Service" not able to help in the slightest so we have raised an investigation case with IBAS to recover his money.

Terrible customer services. Too many void bets, but only if your bet is winning. My account will be getting closed immediately.unwillingness to really sort any complaints. System unable to automatically detect bets wagered to redeem free bet club offers !! Takes a lenghty live chat period to manually add free bets that should have been done automatically.

I deposited £1300 with this company, placed some bets, some winners, some losers and requested a withdrawal of £1050 a few days later. That was 10 days ago - still waiting for it. Every day I contact them they say it is still being processed, no one phones you back, you can never speak to a manager, it's a joke - I have now reported this to my bank fraud department to take forward as it is covered by Visa. Avoid them like the plague.
