Ordered a football on the 16th May. It is now the 7th June and the football still hasn't come, despite their delivery timeframe being within a week. What makes it worse is that all three of my chase up emails have been completely ignored. They were quick enough taking the money though. Do not use this company. It has been a wholly unacceptable service with non-existent customer support.

They took an order for tennis balls knowing that they were out of stock. I waited a week for delivery before contacting them when I was told they didn't know when the stock would be arriving. By this time, my club had run out of balls which was extremely inconvenient. I got a full refund but I think it is wrong to take an order when there is no stock.

I have ordered a Molten BG3800 basketball but it deflated quickly overnight after initial pump.

Contacted the customer service team over the weekend and got a prompt reply early the following Monday. The team has advised steps to solve the issue which doesn't help at the end.

Then they send over a replacement one as in inflated condition upon testing and delievered on Friday.

I am impressed by how fast they responsed and definitely will buy from them again.

Fast efficient service , delivery was very fast.

Ordered 6 extra strength tennis balls for the dog listed as 6 x ball’s received 5 what they can’t count or a joke?!

The delivery company messed up my delivery and as soon as I contacted customer service a replacement was sent out and I was provided a new tracking number. The delivery company delayed delivery again and as soon as I contacted customer service I was refunded immediately. I received my item in the end and am very happy with it. Prompt, very professional, and all around great customer service.

The company is a scam.
Twice I got notifications that the delivery came to my address but I was not there to pick it up (I was at home). On the third attempt my item was delivered to another address in (England) and i am based in (Wales).
I asked for a refund, they just refunded the amount for the items and excluding the delivery and packages fee (around 6£)

Go with trusted websites such as tennisnuts or tennispoint

Wow, can’t get my head around the negative reviews

I run a Football Coaching Academy across the country and ordered from over 30 different companies, even the other companies on our doorstep haven’t had the great customer service that Stuart (must be the name) at SportsBallShop has shown on lots of orders, (over 50) they are the only people we recommend to the parents of our players.

Always great quality, efficient delivery, can answer questions via phone or email at the drop of a hat (also the odd extra ball on bigger orders) and always understanding if needed to change/edit orders, I really can’t recommend highly enough!

This company is a scam, please do not order from this company. I have also been given a fake tracking number which has no information. Over 80 pound lost on my order. No product turned up.

Quality product from a quality company, shipped same day as bought and was delivered the way next day. Great price, very competitive. 10/10 service would reccomend and will definitely use again

Ordered two rugby balls as presents and paid for Royal Mail 24 (at 5pm Wednesday). 11am Friday, I sent an email asking if they had been dispatched the day before (no dispatch notice received), as per their 24hr dispatch guidelines. I simply said if it hasn't, will it arrive by midday Saturday; I will likely cancel the order if it doesn't arrive as I've had to order a back up elsewhere, and that will arrive by Saturday. I got an automated response (within seconds) telling me they will cancel my order if it hasn't been packed. Terrible service, and they won't be getting a chance to repeat that. They didn't even try to rectify the problem.

After 48 hours purchased before 12pm, my tennis ball was delivered today by royal mail. Thank you.

Ordered 10 rugby balls and 50 cones a week ago with promise of delivery within 5 days.

No email confirmation even though the money has left the account and doesn't allow me to sign in to their website to check.

Not happy about this and won't be using again.

Order came in within 3 days. Only reason it's not 5 stars Is because they didn't give me a proper order number which I could use in royal mail to track my item. Otherwise good experience

This was without a shadow of doubt one of the easiest transaction I've ever made online. I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size ball which I noticed when receiving the confirmation email on the Sunday so I then emailed straight away to cancel my order. I received a email first thing next morning offering a product virtually identical but cheaper which I agreed to. The difference was payed back into my account within a day and the goods arrived a day later. Great service and will be definitely using again.

Ordered some cricket balls over a week ago paid for the delivery as well still no news or email from the store for the same . It’s an absolute disappointment.
Though the prices are cheap .... looks like they are using a cheap mode of delivery services.
