Wrong item sent out and no explanation
This is the 3rd time I have ordered from them, the first 2 times were as expected and I left a 5 star review.
This time the item that has been sent to me is not the item that I ordered and paid for. They had obviously ran out of what I ordered and replaced it with a different item that I would have never have purchased and not informed me of the change.
The items took over a week to arrive which is expected due to the bank holiday weekend, but to then recieve the wrong item and not even be told about it is not on.
That's the last time I will order from them as their products aren't cheap and I expect what I paid for not what they feel like putting in the box.

We haven’t received any contact from you regarding this order to try and rectify, I am sorry to hear this. We have now reached to you to try and rectify this situation. Please let me know what you were sent instead in the parcel so we can sort this out with the warehouse. Regarding the shipping time. As you said it was Easter bank holiday. Meaning there was 5 days in which we couldn’t get a pick up from the courier.

State lontani da questo venditore
Per la seconda volta di fila mi arriva la metà della merce comprata ( la prima volta un box invece di 2 e la seconda volta 2 box invece di 4 ) e la stessa cosa è successa ad una persona di mia conoscenza. Per tutte e 3 le volte la risposta alla mail di protesta è stata sempre la stessa “ abbiamo visionato i filmati di quando è stato preparato il pacco e il contenuto era corretto “ sembrava quasi una risposta automatica. Inoltre per il mio amico hanno detto di avergli inviato il rimborso, cosa assolutamente falsa.

Despite this evidence, we understand there remains a discrepancy in your account of the delivery. While we offered a partial refund for the disputed items, we recognize this did not resolve your concerns to your satisfaction.
