Said they used Royal Mail for delivery however they do not. Take ages to reply to emails. Told your item will be delivered the next day. Confirmed by email and phone. Doesn't arrive until 3 days later... Ver mais

plus de 15 jours après ma commande je n'ai aucune nouvelle .

I was really surprised with this company..I had returned shoes to another company by accident. but didn't realise this until a week later,it took at least six weeks to get them returned to me, and Sportsmart still allowed me to exchange them for a bigger size.I don't think a lot of company's would to that, so thanks again Sportmart..and I would definitely recommend them.apart from my experience with customers service they have a great range of stock with price's to suit all families

Reliable & super quick delivery.
I was really pleasantly surprised to receive my order so quickly. I ordered a pair of Denim Chinos and got them in a couple of days. Super stylish chinos for a really really reasonable price. Looking forward to ordering the black pair.

Goods not depatched, no reply to email, no refund.
Email received falsely claiming goods (Nike trainers) had been despatched - but Royal Mail reference showed that they had not been despatched.
Note: Email said they HAD been despatched, not would be despatched.
Email (sent 1st May) requesting info on when despatch will happen not replied to.
Order was ostensibly despatched on 18th April - it's now 6th May and no information

Excellent goods and transaction.
Sportsmart really impressed me from the initial order to the delivery of the goods. They gave a 1 hour delivery slot which I had never experienced before which was spot on.
