The whole process was really straightforward and easy to do. Setting up and using the app couldn't be simpler. The interest rate is excellent and you can see the additional interest accumulating. Would highly recommend.

On Android, the app just won't open (not sure about iOS). This is a recurring issue - me and my partner both have this on different phone models. Another phone wouldn't open it at all, so had to install it on a second phone. Not being able to access means not being able to withdraw funds, which is a huge problem and Spring should be in trouble with the regulator for this. 1.8/5 on Play Store, and the majority of reviews reflect this same issue, so it's hardly user-error or device specific. They show no intent to fix the problems. Avoid.

The whole process of downloading the app and opening my account was efficient and user friendly. I also received informative emails during the various stages. I will definitely be looking at the different accounts on offer with a view to opening more. Very satisfied and impressed with the service.

I opened two accounts and was happy with the process, I then referred Spring and due to my referrals 4 new accounts were opened, when I enquired regarding referrals rewards I was told there was nothing! Very disappointing so obviously I will not be referring anyone else.

Really great app, very easy to use and move your money around. Perhaps not the best rates which is a shame. I had to get in contact with customer services and the lady I spoke to was fantastic, no waiting on the phone for ages. Good, reliable savings.
