Hi Jonny,
Thank you for your review. I have checked the tracking with DPD and attempted to call you to discuss this.
As we were unaware of the issue until now, I haven’t been able to resolve it yet. I noticed the parcel hasn't been scanned for a few days, so I will contact DPD first thing tomorrow morning to investigate. In the meantime, we will send out a replacement for you tomorrow.
I apologize for the oversight; unfortunately, we are unable to monitor every parcel once it leaves us. Since it is currently Sunday evening, we will get this fully resolved for you on Monday.
